"I had to get a birthday gift for my granddaughter. I had no idea what I was doing. All I knew was she wanted perfume. My sales person was eager to help and jump right in. She was aware of what brands were treading for teenagers. To make a long story short, I was a hit at the party. Looking forward to be going back again ."

"I am very dissatisfied with Kohls customer’s service. The old lady in the front desk was super rude to me for no reason. And I remember her since the day she signed me up for the Kohl’s credit card. She sent my credit card to a wrong address and I almost missed my payment due date. So I had to call customer service to ask about my credit card and they said they sent it to a different address. Then they told me to go pay my bill in the store. I called today and that same lady answered the phone with a very rude tone of voice not wanting to hear what I was saying. She kept interrupting me and I had to go to the store in person so she was there and I told her I want it to pay my bill I took my receipt with me since I I didn’t have my bill. Then she asked me how much do you want to pay? I said “I want to pay it all” she asked again how much? I said the total amount. She said “You have to give me an amount” I handled the receipt and I said I want to pay it off. She said. “I know but you still have to say how much do you want to pay” then I said can’t you see it in the receipt? Then I say it and she direct me to pay with my debit card and she gave me the receipt without even saying anything. I was very upset and I felt discriminated. I did nothing but go pay my bill. The lady was so rude and had not empathy at all."

"I'm not a big fan of kohl's because they are over-priced, and they try to trick you with sales and kohl's cash. Kohl's cash is just a scam to get you back in the store within a week or two to spend more money on their overpriced items. Unless you buy it on sale there prices are higher than anywhere else. Well, give you kohl's cash. Just come back every week, no thanks. Keep your kohl's cash, and I'll accidentally go back about once a year and hate it. My wife and I were there yesterday. She had 2 bras exactly the same. 1 was on clearance, the other full price. It doesn't make sense, but whatever, that's why they're getting a bad review."

"Great choices for clothes and gifts. This store is always very clean and we'll organized. Staff is very friendly and professional. We love Kohl's in Edmond. They follow CDC guidelines for outbreaks and the counters are always clean and sanitized. Definitely Recommended"
