"Brian in the pharmacy is very professional, polite and was incredibly patient with my scrip provider and me in filling a scrip. I unknowingly provided him with a scrip card with invalid numbers. (I never received a new card in the mail, so I wasn’t aware there were new numbers.) He worked with the scrip provider to get the correct numbers to fill the scrip. Very grateful."

"The worst and most unorganized pharmacy I’ve ever been to. It’s actually insane. The line both inside and outside moves so slow, no matter what time of day. The employees are always saying to each other “I can’t find this or that”. I don’t know how they can be so unorganized"
"Pharmacy- we made an appointment for a flu vaccine , for 12:15 , it’s 12:33 and still waiting . Everyone else got their vaccine. The pharmacist stated they had put the wrong LOT , that’s what I’m thinking she meant , she stated she had to change the information as it wasn’t put in right - and she got mad"
"The pharmacy was a mess. I was told 20 to 30 minutes for my prescription. After 30 minutes, I came back and was told a other 15. The pharmacist happened to see me and said "oh, no wait! I have hers ready, I didn't realize she was waiting!" I told the tech I would be waiting. This was for a time sensitive item, and I was in discomfort for extra time because of their bad communication. Will not be back."
