Muirfield Apartments

"I've lived here for a few years, and it's mostly positives. Normally very quiet, neighbors are mostly a mix of friendly hellos and folks who just quietly keep to themselves. My only real annoyance is that I wish there was some actual parking enforcement. 8 spots in front of my building, one reserved as a spot for those with a handicapped plate. On any given day, at any time, there's basically a 50/50 chance 5 of those 7 spots will be occupied by a tenant's guest. Heck, there's a black Nissan sedan in front of 5423 that literally doesn't even have license plates. Just the plastic placeholder from Enterprise. I'm also not a fan of the yearly, seemingly arbitrary rent hikes, but that's more endemic of the American housing system than specifically anyone at Muirfield's fault."

"Lived here for a little less than a year with 2 cats. Fantastic staff/management. The grounds are always neat, and work orders are processed super quickly. Everything was run very well and office staff were always helpful. Eventually had to end the lease early for family issues, but they walked us through that process and it was very simple. Awesome neighborhood and considerate neighbors. The apartments themselves are also awesome, especially for the price. Only thing is empty apartments fill up quick, especially the one bedroom and so if you're interested be super on top of calling them to schedule viewings."

"The apt complex in a whole is a nice, quiet & safe place to live. The office folks esp Paige/Randy and their new staff are great & very caring and nice to me… However the A/C units won’t be replaced even after numerous attempts to service them. Their after hours emergency line is completely useless so don’t even bother. The parking situation isn’t the best.They can raise your rent but they can’t fix anything that needs new units or parts that keep breaking over and over and over and over."

"Family of 3--have lived here for almost 2 years. It's quiet, pleasant, and the staff is amazing--very accessible and friendly. We have had minor repairs needed in the apartment and the staff is very responsive, usually within 24 hours the issue is resolved. The community is nice and the residents are also friendly. Seriously, living here has been a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!"

"I have never lived in an apartment before - I've always owned my home. So I was nervous coming in, and had very high expectations. I can tell you that I could not have possibly been more pleased with my experience. My apartment looked amazing upon move in. Everyone that has visited, compliments me on the size and layout - and how pretty it is. The grounds are always kept looking nice (even in the winter), and the pool is always kept clean and open during convenient hours during the summer months. This was very important to me, as I want to be proud of where I live. I have had things break - yes - as anyone would have whether it is an apartment or a home - but maintenance is always ON IT. They are friendly, helpful, and kind. I've never felt like they weren't here to make my experience the best possible. The rules and expectations are clearly set when signing the lease, so if someone isn't following those rules (to make it a great living environment for everyone else) - then those issues are addressed. I love that it is a small community. I've met many of my neighbors. Everyone has been so friendly, and it feels good knowing I have "friends" all around me. I'm truly shocked at the negative review that was posted, but I think sometimes people complicate things for themselves and create their own problems. Please do not base your opinion on that negative review that was posted - that does not represent the community, or the apartment manager. She is incredibly attentive and has ensured that anything I have ever needed was taken care of. I'd recommend this community to anyone - and I have!!"
