"If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Even a one star rating is too high. Whatever you do, DO NOT live in these apartments. There is some suspicious activity going on between the property manager Monica and these tenants I had issues with. Tenants from this apartment complex stole my vehicle and the property manager made it almost impossible to see any footage of who took my car. Come to find out two weeks later tenants from the same apartment complex stole my vehicle. For whatever reason Monica took no action whatsoever to remove these thieves from there. She instead called me and told me I had to give the phone back to the person that stole my vehicle. Why would she be on their side with this? Why would I return something after they stole my vehicle? I found my vehicle on new years eve so I dont know if thats why the cops said there was nothing I can do since I found my vehicle. I let Monica know I was very uncomfortable with the fact they were living there and that I was going to see about a restraining order against those people. I even tried contacting the landlords but they were out of town. Maybe four days pass and I receive a 30 day notice from Monica. What a coincidence right? Coincidentally she is always with the mother of the person who stole my vehicle. She even tried having my vehicle towed because my license plate was not visible. How could I feel comfortable when these people stole my vehicle and old license plate? Not only that, the mother of the car thief has no license plate but her car is in no way getting towed. She is friends with the addicts there. When I went to talk about the unexpected 30 day notice I was not even allowed to talk or get a reason as to why. This was my first interaction with the Landlords Beth and Ron and they immediately discriminated me and called me an addict. I was one of the few people who wanted to have a good living but be careful. These people protect thieves and will discriminate you the first chance they get. Beth and Ron Paiz are the landlords. Be careful with your vehicle and these people. They DO NOT care about your safety. I am so glad to have moved out."

"I've lived here for the past 5 days, and i swear i havent seen a lot of roaches. Just the first day i moved in i saw one, not anymore after that. They have good maintainance here, you see electricians here all the time, and carpet cleaners. Its a good place, really calm and quiet. The manager, Veronica is very nice and professional too. The rent isnt expensive, it fit mine and my grandpa's budget just fine, and the maintainance is adequate for the amount of money you pay here. Just the parking lot structure is a tad bit unusual."
