"I have been living at these apartments for about two years now, and I can honestly tell you that they are not worth it! In fact, I do not recommend them at all. Management is awful. They do not care to hear your concerns they’d rather hang up on you because they feel disrespected even though they weren’t being disrespected. Not considering that their job is not solely about their feelings it’s about making sure that their residents are safe and comfortable. When we first moved in, we moved into a One bedroom and we have been on the waitlist for quite some time for a two bedroom about a year or longer and still keep getting the runaround that first there’s eight people ahead then there’s 20 people ahead then there’s 50 people ahead then we’re at the top of the list, then we’re back at the bottom of the list and then they say that it’s not their fault that it was the other management because they keep switching management. All they do is give you the runaround. It’s stressful, confusing and honestly very aggravating and unnecessary. Do not live here. You’ll just be another tenant they do not care about.!! Not to mention they have cameras posted outside, but they do not even work and your car is liable to get broken into in fact, mine has been broken into and many others at this apartment complex. Plus, they stole my father-in-law‘s truck when he came to visit and management had no cameras working to catch this or no security out when they say that this apartment complex is supposed to have security!!"
"Worst place to live!!!!! That’s all I can say… you cars will get broken into, it’s absolutely disgusting!! Smells so bad, trash everywhere, packages will get stolen, and sadly management won’t do anything about it! I’ve lived in other apartments, and this place is by far the worst apartment complex in Albuquerque! You won’t be safe, and neither will your families."
"Worst place to live at!! Gates are broken and management don’t care to fix them, leaving your cars completely unattended over night. Which caused our car to get broken into, on a separate occasion the catalytic converter was stolen on my husbands truck, and on a SEPARATE occasion the gas tank was drilled into. 3 times, 3 separate vehicles yet management does nothing to increase night security, no cameras or anything, instead they’d rather pay for a tow truck to tow people if you park in reverse."
"THESE APARTMENTS ARE TRASH!!! I have lived here for 3 years and I have had my car broken into 5times. And today some drilled a hole in my gas tank. NO CAMERAS anywhere, or they’re “broken” when you need answers. The building managers never know anything and they simply just don’t care."
"I do not recommend moving into these apartments at all. When I first moved in I was excited to be in a brand new apartment. However, the office staff does not care about their tenants at all. There is drama all the time, kids running around and playing on the stairs with no parents at all in site, and there has even been times where a bum would break into one of the storage closets in our building to sleep in there and all we were told were to call the cops. The cops get there wayyy to late so nothing ever gets done. The parking services they use are crooks. They will sticker your car after you call them 3 times and try to provide them with proof. I was told they wouldn't sticker my car again and the last time it happened my car was towed unlawfully, when the towing company brought it back my sound system was stolen out of it. Of course the owner of the towing place he hung up on me and told me to call the cops and have them prove it. When I called the apartment manager she didn't care at all or didn't even try to help me reach park rite parking services when my call log has 27 calls to park rite in just one week of me trying to reach them. So if they sticker your car don't even count on being able to reach them. I am a good tenant with no complaints who pays my rent on time every single month but it seems as though they don't get paid enough to care. I cannot wait til my lease is up and I can be gone from this place."
