"Getting details and asking questions about renting this apartment was ridiculous. Put in an application to find out that they charge a gym fee and a fee for parking monthly which is no where on the application or rental information. Took over a week to get an approval on the application (any decision at all). Someone in the office named Jaylin told my credit score to the roommate I’m applying with over the phone, which is illegal. Sent our information over to “corporate” only after my boyfriend called. Would not help me or answer my calls last week. Was told when I originally called today that my holding deposit would be refunded because we chose to not sign the lease with the “condition” . They called back over two hours later to tell me that the deposit is forfeited. If actually renting this apartment is represented by trying to apply then I would assume it is awful."

"My car was towed off my own paid parking spot. I lived here for 3 years and had a parking permit sticker on my car with my parking lot number. I was told by a lady in the office that they won’t reimburse me bc they sent out an email back in September about picking up the new permits. I obviously didn’t get that one memo. Therefore it’s my fault and had to pay $300 to retrieve my car from a spot that I currently pay for. They do not care about their residents."

"I need my refund for my application it’s been past the allotted time there is apparently no regional manager. If you manage to find the number associated with the management company, they will straight hang up on you and screen your phone number. There is no contact number for them s company they do not respond to emails. I have emailed 5 plus time. No response. This company is absolute garbage. Refund my money.manager is rude and um empathetic. Almost understandable for that fact she has no one in her management company backing her. But at some point she should know that it’s just morally wrong. I was told 60 day for a refund and received a lot of attitude for calling beforehand from the new male leasing agent wish I could post his name. I called after 73 days of not receiving my money back and he then stated 60 to 90 days. Y’all have soooooo much attitude for having such a weak management company. Send me the check. 0 stars. 0 customer service. This complex needs a warning label."

"the fact i have to drive around the apartment complex for 3 HOURS when i get home from a late shift is absurd. i pay way too much money a month to not be able to park when i get home. Ive never heard of paying $40 a month for PARKING. Not to mention if you feel like falling down literally every single time it snows because they don’t shovel or salt the walk ways then feel free to move here. For how much we have to pay after everything you’d think they would care about properly taking care of their residents. Also curious as to how the stated rent on the website before move in jumps up about $200 after signing. This place is just in it for the money and does not care about the residents living here."

"If you haven’t moved to this property than don’t. One of the worst ever, the parking system sucks. You pay for your parking spot but other people park in it because there isn’t enough space. You call the towing company to have them towed, but they get in touch with the leasing office to confirm, then the office tells them not to tow it because there is snow on the ground and you can’t see the parking spot number. Residents have to display a parking permit which hangs in our car, that’s proof of our spot. When you ask the leasing company to put a sign in front of each car so you won’t have this issue, they tell you it’s not possible! They don’t give a damn about the residents, all they want is your money! This leasing office sucks, you call and call no one picks up, you email but no one answers or cares. If you want headache and stress then move here, because you’ll have it daily!"
