"The community manager has been absolutely amazing to work with. She taken the time to learn and know each individual residents and their house holds. She is consist on making improvements and safety community for all residents. Sierra has been awesome to help with many things for residents and their needs. Colleen has been extremely helpful with finding and problem solving with many issues on the property. Mark has been an great for help fix or replace many things throughout the property. OVERALL the management and staff team of the community have been nothing, but commutative, hard working, dedicated to the community and those who live on the property"

"The Ethiopian Tenants are not the cleanest neigh3ors. I walked 3y an apt. And saw raw fish hung from string throughout the place. Flys were around 3y the trucc loads, and allowed where the fish was 3eing hung..."

Ignorance is the best place at this property! Landlord smokes 25 Ft. Away from the front of the office people give there's guess the parking stickers that is ment for the tenants. The people who are not on the lease put food on the doors of those who live there and if you requested a work order to clean it up manager leaves be for there job is completed.
