"This property being a Greystar property, run! Once I learned that this was infact GS I had already submitted for a background and holding fee, this was in November and this is now February. When I inquired about the status in Dec, January I received a email stating they had overlooked my previous email and they sent my monies to Iowa, I live in Colorado.. idiots! Guess I'll be joining the lawsuit for unlawful and questionable fees that has recently been brought to light against this poor management company."

"Worst move in experience I've ever had. Luckily I've been documenting every email response from this leasing team. Every utility in my apartment is broken and has roaches in it. I've contacted property management on several occasions about this and get an email response days later overpromising that my unit would be taken care of. I moved in on the 17th of December, 2022 since then I've had to throw my sons bed and my couch away due to the severe roach infestation. The day after I moved in I completed the inspection sheet to have things fixed and replaced in my unit, that fell on deaf ears. I was told Pest control would come spray my apartment on the 3rd of January, and that maintenance would stop by my unit within those same 72hrs that never happened. Then one of the agents emailed me saying I didn't give maintenance permission to go into the unit, but I was home all week and nobody showed up. I have leaking sinks and pipes, water temperature fluctuations in my showers and my garbage disposal has never worked. This is all breeding grounds for more bugs, and without a sense of urgency I'll be out of furniture, because of the bugs, before March. Save your time, money and health, move on to the next property. 2024 UPDATE: This is an updated review about this property after a 14 month lease. Maintenance is still garbage, I've been waiting on someone to fix my dryer for 2 months after the maintenance team said it would take 3 weeks to get the part in. It has now been a week since my last conversation with the management team after the supposed vendor lied about coming to my apartment, now nobody is replying to me about my work order. Roaches are still seen everyday and whoever is supposed to come spray never actually does. We pay $30 for trash that never gets picked up and if it does they leave trash in the hallways and in the parking lots. After 14 months it’s never gotten better. This maintenance team took so long to come replace the unit's original 1999 stackable washer and dryer, that it actually started growing mold in. Management team obviously doesn't care about tenants, they only care if you're paying rent on time even if appliances in your apartment are broken. All around just bad, no positives i can think of for the entire 14 month lease speaks for itself."

"I like the location personally and rent is cheap for now and that why it gets two stars. However my biggest gripes are its been 2 years I've been told that we were going to get extended access keycards for the gym and have not gotten it yet. My lease is up in August and it will be 3 years. If I move ultimately it will be because of the gym access. Also maintenence does not do good repairs and there are roaches."
