"Don't plow the lots after it snows. Specially during times of blizzards where the residents cannot get out"
"This place is for one, DISGUSTING. Roaches everywhere. The management is the worst. They are extremely unprofessional. They hang up on you mid-conversation, refuse to help with problems. They post notices on your front door for everyone to see. This is by far the worst place I have ever rented. Not to mention all the drug dealers as well. The Quarter at Fitzsimons is definitely a joke. Do not rent here."
