"New Manager is very rude and unprofessional been living here for 5 years just renewed my lease bought a car on a Saturday evening car was towed Sunday morning with no warning had to pay 425 to get car back the manager in the office would not help out at all she was very rude and talk to as if I was nothing and said there was nothing she could do so I will be going to court"

"Don't. You're better off sleeping in the streets. Packages get stolen, it smells horrible in the halls due to outdated ventilation system. Maintenance came in and claimed to have used poison to kill the dozen of cockroach nests, but a few hours after they left (and we came back), the cockroaches were still alive and scurrying about. Bed bugs infest the place, coexisting with the dozens of bugs the exterminator/maintenance failed to kill. Not only that, but when the apartment was rented, it looked like a post-apocalyptic setting; the inside was damaged and uncleaned despite management claiming to have cleaned "as best they could". TL;DR, don't rent this place unless you want to become buddies with cockroaches, suffocate in the halls due to low ventilation, probably get robbed, and live in destruction The pool was pretty good tho (water was so clear it looked like a basement), so have an extra star for the good interior pool cleaning"

"AVOID AVOID AVOID. BUGS BUGS BUGS.Worst place I've ever lived. Bed bugs as soon as I moved in and German cockroaches you can't get rid of that even live inside your refrigerator. So you'll have to throw away your appliances before you move somewhere else...Goodbye microwave. Someone hit my car and didn't leave a note. Multiple deliveries stolen, maintenance laughed at an issue and only resolved it once I gave this place a bad review. Also they just enter your place whenever they feel like it without notice. Fights in the hallways...should I go on? AVOID THIS PLACE! Charges you to move out. You won't get a deposit back."

"One of the absolute biggest blunders of this place was the issue we had with food dumping. When I first moved in, there seemed to be a light whitish film splashed onto my window. The staff let me know that they would be by to clean it but this never happened. Over my first week there I noticed the whitish stain had grown in size and now had several other things around it, like bits of crumbs. I was home one day and then I heard a light “thud” and splash outside and walk over to realize that the 3rd FLOOR NEIGHBORS WERE DUMPING THEIR LEFTOVER CEREAL OUT OF THEIR WINDOW AND ONTO THE GROUND IN FRONT OF MY WINDOW! I let the office staff know of this issue and showed them pictures and they assured me that they would speak to the residents. I left it at that, but the issue continued for MONTHS! I also attempted to speak with the 3rd floor residents but they would not speak with me. I continued to speak to the office in person and I showed them pictures of all the food that was being dumped. The office told me at the very beginning that they would be giving them a warning and then they would charge the tenants a $50 fine every time it happened. Still, the problem persisted for a little over 5 months. 5 months of these people's leftover cereal, chicken, soup, and ramen hitting my window and in the end, the tenants didn’t even come to clean up their mess. I even showed staff the photos of food stains coming from the third-floor window. Staff told me to call the police on these people when it happens again because apparently, they couldn’t help with the issue. Come on y’all maybe you wouldn’t have such a pest issue if you addressed issues like this. I have 17 pages worth of documentation on this complex just being absolutely terrible. If you aren't worrying about the gunshots going off above your apartment then you're worried about the staff's integrity. The good news is that if you are lonely the cockroaches will be there to let you cry on their shoulders."

"My apartment is very comfortable. I feel safe in the neighborhood. The staff is friendly and will respond to inquiries and concerns quickly. I'm overall satisfied with the living conditions here and would recommend it to a friend. I had a hard time finding an apartment that was nice but accepted my credit. Cherry ridge was able to give me terms that was to my satisfaction. I'm very happy that the heat and air conditioning work well in their season and that the water is always nice and hot."
