"RON on the maintaince team is the only caring person there it seems, sadly. Just left in Feb 2024, didn't have a functioning stove for 5 months, had leaking issues we had to fight with management about for a months, and they tried to charge us an extra 260 for a 2 week lease extension - A MONTH after we left. Apparently last manager miscalculated prorated rent for the extension, and current manager tried to shake us down for their mistake. AVOID IF POSSIBLE."

"Living here was one of the worst experiences I've had. I've lived in various apartment complexes in my life with no issues and if there was issues the leasing office and maintenance staff would be helpful, but this was not my experience living at Legend Oaks Apartments. For over 6 months of my lease from the day I moved in I had a broken dishwasher, missing stove coils, and water leaking from my sink because it wasn't caulked on move in. Trying to contact the leasing office and getting maintenance to help was a nightmare during my time living there and I was regularly ignored when I'd make requests, call into the office, or go there physically to ask. Also if you don't notify they you are moving out at the end of your lease at least 60 days before end of lease date, they'll force you to stay an extra month and charge you for that month. Theres also a lot of fees and your rent ends up being hundreds more than what you expected. Parking also is charged so you have to pay monthly parking for your car and 5$ for daily parking for any guest that visits you or they will be towed. If you can avoid living here I suggest you to do so."

"I want to start this review of Legend Oaks Apartments by saying that my experience living here for over 2 years has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I hope this review can help others avoid the same issues I've encountered. One of the most glaring problems with Legend Oaks Apartments is their consistent and frustrating lack of responsiveness. It all began with a leak near our AC unit. While they did address the immediate issue by making a hole in our wall to repair the leak, the promise to fix the wall was ignored for a shocking 9 months. Multiple requests for repairs went unanswered, and it was only after nearly a year that workers finally came to rectify the situation. This lack of follow-through is simply unacceptable. Another issue we've faced throughout our stay is the state of our window screens. They've been ripped since we moved in, posing a danger for our cat and making it impossible to open the window, given our proximity to a street. Despite our requests for a fix, no one ever showed up to address the problem. Our fridge also became a source of frustration as it started making loud noises and freezing our food, rendering it almost unusable. We reported the issue, but it took a visit to the main office to get any response. Even then, the maintenance supervisor's excuse that our fridge woes were due to "too much food" was hardly believable. It's been over 2 months since this issue was reported, and it remains unresolved. To add to the growing list of problems, the toilet in the hall bathroom suddenly stopped flushing properly. We promptly submitted a maintenance request, but days went by with no response. When we checked the status of our requests, they all bizarrely read as "completed," despite no one ever visiting our apartment to address the issues. The breaking point for us was when our supposedly gated community failed to protect our car from being broken into, resulting in the theft of our expensive work tools. This was the final straw, and we've made the decision to wait for our lease to end so we can leave this place behind. In summary, I strongly advise anyone considering Legend Oaks Apartments to think twice and explore other options. The lack of responsiveness from the management and maintenance team, along with the security concerns, make this a less-than-ideal to live at. Save your money and go somewhere else where your concerns are taken seriously, and your living conditions are better maintained."

"I've lived here for almost 2 years and it's been great until recently. Beginning in the summer, my apartment began leaking water and flooding my living room. I put in maintenance requests but they were ignored for months. Eventually maintenance came out and tore up my carpet before giving up on finding the leak (they thought I was pouring water on my carpet). I found the source of the leak (sprinkler line right outside my wall) and they fixed it, but almost 5 weeks later, I still don't have carpet. I have had no use of my living room for months due to the flooding and the repairs. My furniture is damaged. Management does not care. Maintenace does not care. Only I care, unsurprisingly. I can't wait for my lease to expire."
