"Live here if you want cockroaches as your neighbors and friends. The apartments are disgusting, property management isn’t much better and don’t expect it to get any better. In a year they only did 4 pest control treatments even though they know how bad the roach infestation is. There’s water leaking from light fixtures on the first floor, never saw that fixed, they spent more money and time building the pool than maintaining the complex. Washers and dryers are out of order more often than they’re working, and even when they are “working” it takes 2-3 runs in the dryer to actually get dry clothes. Property management is pretty pathetic at their job, they’ve given our mail/packages to other people and then tried to cover it up even though we have the pics from Amazon showing our packages in the office, when we told her we were breaking the lease the manager tried telling us we didn’t have renters insurance and she was going to charge us for being under the master policy, she tried forcing us to get rid of our 9 month old puppy after losing all the documentation from the previous management, do I need to go on? Let’s also not forget to mention that when it came time for us to move out, Stephanie (property manager) made it as difficult as possible for our movers by not allowing them to prop the doors open even though every one else has been able to, and when the elevator broke down (extremely common occurrence) she tried telling the movers they would be charged for it. We ended up forwarding all our proof of the constant break downs with the elevator to their boss just in case she actually tried to go after them for it. It’s not worth how much you’ll pay to live here."
"I love living here, most homey place I’ve lived in Denver. Great space, amazing staff especially Stefanie and Michael, and I know if I have any issues they will be solved immediately! Thanks paramount staff for being amazing always!"
"I have watched this place do a 360 ever since Stephanie our office manager had come here. I feel like she has done every effort to make this place a comfortable living environment! No place is perfect but the fact that she came in and made things happen is very impressive to me considering what I moved into! I’ll be signing another lease!"
"Lived there for a year and it was one of the worst apartment experiences ever. Roaches, flooding, trash, laundry never working, thin walls, off leash dogs with no training, big utility bills that make no sense, terrible parking (you will end up paying for a spot). The apartments are thin, you will hear your upstairs neighbor. I’ve heard people have full on arguments, music shake my walls, my across the hallway neighbors fighting. Dogs barking all the time, one guy would leave his balcony open for his dog to sit out and bark all day starting at 6 am. All day. You live by THREE fire stations, you hear sirens all the time. The fire alarm is pulled once a month and no one ever takes it serious because of that. If your balcony faces the other balconies you can hear EVERY conversation someone is having out there crisp and clear. If you’re facing the inner balconies, everyone can see in your apartment. The blinds are cheap and break constantly, leaving huge gaps in the privacy of your own home. Having a large balcony meant trash on our patio ALL the time. At one point we just decided we weren’t going to use it because every time we went out there the floor was covered in cigarettes butts, dog pee, toys, and trash. It was disgusting and I was so excited to entertain people on it and never got the chance. All of the amenities suck. The sauna is broken, the steam room is DISGUSTING, washers and dryers are always out and broken, you would have an easier time taking everything to a laundromat than trying to do laundry there. People have had clothes stolen out of the laundry machines and people living there do not care about others so they will leave their items in the dryers for 4+ hours. We had multiple floods from the bathroom and the kitchen. In the bathroom it leaked into our ceiling and we had black mold begin to grow in our apartment. In the kitchen our dishwasher put water all over our kitchen that was black. The dishwasher always smells when you turn it on and stinks up the whole apartment. The stairways are always dirty. They’re never swept out and for people with dogs became a safety hazard. People would break glass and you would have to go tell management to get it cleaned up. The trash situation, trash chutes are always clogged, trash will fill up the room and the entire floor will smell of trash. Doesn’t matter if you’re a level above the actual dumpster no one will ever take it there, because of that the place is crawling with roaches. I’m talking about a lot of them, not just a few. Had exterminators come out twice, was told they would keep coming out until we didn’t see anymore roaches and they just never came back. The pool was a figment of my imagination, it never got built. Maybe they’ve finished it in the last few months but it took way too long. Overall, a terrible living place with management not really caring. You can find something better in the area for cheaper and be much happier. Don’t move here."
"I was told that there would be an apartment available and to put the money down & do a background check. I put the money down to hold the apartment and for the background check. then the tenant didn't leave and I had to try to find another place. They still haven't cut the check. And it's been well over6 weeks. suggest you do your business elsewhere . If You ask the staff for help , they're instantly bothered. They will tell you they did all they can... No care given."
