"Paid for them to process my application on Tuesday the 19th. I had to cancel my application on Thursday the 21st and was thinking I would get back the $200 holding fee. Wrong. Apparently I was over the 72 hour mark. Please tell me how from Tuesday the 19th to Thursday the 21st is 72 hours. Absolutely HORRENDOUS of them to STEAL my money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!"

"Okay, so with all reviews read. This place is actually awesome. The staff is overworked for sure but they will still smile and greet you for whatever issues you may have. Maintenance wise, you guys get 10 out of 10. Drew is one of the most thorough guys I've ever dealt with, and made sure our plumbing issues we're resolved immediately. The rapid response time on a Saturday i could not be more appreciative or be even more thankful! You did your job and addressed any concerns I had. I couldn't believe his consistency in not only cleanliness, but communication. Miss Jessica and Miss Asia in the office, also, have been quick to get back to us, and even though busy, could tell they genuinely had concern for our apartment. There is a great team here"

"Moved in two weeks ago. Apt already flooded. Due to freezing Temps and who ever built the place didn't realize pvc piping to your hot water heater OUTSIDE doesn't work. but, that being said the greatest thing to come out of this ordeal (we are still dealing with) is my neighbors are wonderful! And the maintenance man Drew is BEYOND amazing!! I've lived in apts my whole life, good maintenance men that ACTUALLY care about you is rare and he does! I won't go into the ordeal that happened yesterday in this whole complex but I will say the two maintenance guys were on it non stop and they definitely deserve a day off because it was hell here and they handled it like champs!!! I only want to stay here for the fact that I know I can call my maintenance guy and he'll be here doing whatever he can to make it better!!! So shout out to Drew for making this whole awful ordeal somewhat good. Again I've only been here two weeks so I can only write a review on what I've already experienced. I'm a quiet tenant that has and will (already have) clean up and make sure we all have a decent place to live in. Will and have fixed anything that I can before calling the office. I've never had to deal with flooding before, and Drew was about the only one to be a comforting and helpful person (and the floor restoration guys) so I need this place to know what a Great person they have on their team!!! Drew is one of the best maintenance techs I've ever dealt with in apts before!"

"Today we came home to find our bathroom and hallway were flooded. Jissika was quick to get the maintenance guys out here (Both of which were super nice and awesome to work with! 5 stars for them!), carpet extractors and a plumber to get our issues fixed before the weekend! Super grateful for them!"
