"I've resided at the copper steppe apartments for over two years. The apartments are in a safe and friendly neighborhood. There is a park that is walking distance from the complex. Overall a great environment to call home. Mona, the leasing manager is very attentive, professional and responds with a sense of urgency to address questions or concerns. It feels good to know you're in good, reliable hands. There is an APP for automatic payments and maintenance requests, which is very convenient for a busy body like myself."

"There is a huge issue with the trash not being picked up. So the dumpsters are constantly overflowing and trash blows out onto the street and apartment complex. They also do not change the dog pop station bags so the trash is over flowing with poop bags that start collecting on the ground next to the trash bc it's overflowing. It is really unsanitary, unsafe, and disgusting."

"I do not live at the apartment complex. But as a delivery driver, I am absolutely appalled that the building addresses and apartment numbers are so sun bleached you cannot find anything. And then to hear that many people complain about it and nothing is done. Do better."

"I've been asking for almost a year for the bird feces and plant life to be cleaned in the gutter next to my bedroom window and the pigeons to be re-homed. Nothing has been done. There are 3 that live in the roof the length of my apartment. I wish I could open my windows without the smell of bird blowing into my apartment. They have flown into my closed window and have ruined the screen to my bedroom window. I can't even put it back in my window. I'm giving 3 stars because other than that, it is a good place to live. People are relatively quiet and the community is usually clean other than the issue I've been having that has never had an attempt to be fixed."
