Vela Meridian

"Beautiful, spacious, most friendly apartment complex. Definitely made the best choice staying at Vela, close to I-25, plenty of good places to eat around you. Management and stuff are super friendly and always make you feel like a family. Maintains issues were resolved immediately. My favorite part that is not crowded like other places, nice gym, jacuzzi, heated pool, sitting by the fireplace on the weekends. Been enjoying my stay here for 1.5 years already and it’s been very comfy."

"This is truly a GREAT apartment complex. Easy access to I-25 and short drive into Parker, CO. The staff is AMAZING! I worked with Anne on my lease made it seamless and easy. Application was easy and approved in minutes. Carolyn is the manager and so easy to talk too. She makes you feel like she has known you forever. Joe is in charge of maintenance, when he drives by you on the golf cart heading to fix something, always smiles and big wave. Jesse helps with maintenance requests and is prompt in his response and alway willing to help. Best place I ever lived, but got transferred back to KC. I recommend Vela Meridian to anyone looking. "The Vela-Meridian feels like a home. When walking into the unit, it doesn't seem to be an apartment. We arrived unexpectedly, and asked if they had time for a tour, and there was no hesitation. The grounds are laid out well and seems peaceful. Anne was great to work with during the showing and preparing leasing documents. Also, she arranged the painters to accent a wall for us before move in. Looking forward to the move in."

"Being previous homeowners, living at Vela Meridian has been our first experience living in an apartment in a very long time. The apartments and complex are extremely clean and well managed and the management team is amazing! I 100% recommend moving here. The level of customer service didn’t end as soon as I signed like most property management. They are responsive, tentative and respectful. It is very safe, clean, and well kept. Maintenance and the Vela team were always friendly whenever we did have a question or item we needed assistance with. Shout out specifically to Carolyn Pastore the Manager of the property tries very hard to make this a great place to live. She always goes out of her way to do everything she can to help. Always listening, being fair, and always willing to help. I highly recommend Vela Meridian due to the great property and the management team The staff is amazing. They are always helping me, making sure I feel like home and any requests for work orders are done in no time, They are actually in control of the residents and make sure people are picking up dog poo and such. Sidewalks are always clear when it snows, and so are the roads. The apartment is very nice."

"I really love living here. Carolyn, Anne, and Joe are really good people. I love the amenities. It’s quiet and clean here. The leasing office works hard to ensure that we have a high quality of living here. I decided to move here because of how caring and empathetic Carolyn was, and I’m glad that didn’t change. Sometimes I stop by the office just to talk to her and Anne because they’re nice and funny lol we also have events that are fun. I attended the luau and I ate until the rain forced us inside. If you have the chance, move here! You won’t regret it."
