"This is the worse place to rent from in Parker. The windows are super thin and drafty so if you face the highway you will hear all kinds of traffic and dirt comes in your bedroom windows. The manager and assistant manager are Hispanic so if you are White be prepared to face reverse discrimination if you make complaints about the property or your safety. The management sends out threatening emails about compliance and don't enforce the rules. People smoke off balconies and don't pick up their dogs poop and nothing is done. People speed through the parking lot and nothing is done when you complain.. Trash in hallways. People are nasty and have no respect for others. Office staff have poor communication with residents and instead have an attitude that they are in charge and you are nothing. There are several safety issues here with lack of clearing snow and ice properly. The amenties are not good. Treadmills need to be unplugged often to get them to work, and they have the heat on at unreasonable temps. Trash is 25 a month and they don't pick up consistently. Parking is 8 a month for far away parking and they don't enforce illegal parking. You pay the utilities of the building and amenties which is another 60 month and then your own utilities, which are high because the place wasn't built well and has thin and drafty windows."
"This place is a dump and not worth the rent. The manager Jordan Garcia thinks she is above the resident's. She has no clue what customers service is and neither does her employees. If you are white beware because there is reverse descrimation here as I have first hand experienced it. They charge 8 a month to park and 25 for valet trash and then 60 a month"
"I am very impressed with the staff at Peak 83. The maintenance is always timely and efficient. I also want to shout out Rachel Farr in the front office. I had packages delivered to my front door while I was out of town and she went to my apartment to place them inside two days in a row. I highly recommend Peak 83!"
"Highly do not recommend. They do not take care of the property, especially in the winter where they do not shovel or ice melt. Their neglect led to a resident slipping and falling TWICE, the second time she hit her head and had a concussion. They refused to help her or address the issues and they ended up paying by her off through an insurance claim. Pool/hot tub is never clean and is usually broken or full of mulch or garbage. Work orders get completed in the system but not actually. Property manager refuses to take accountability or provide solutions. She can’t be bothered to answer emails, phone calls, or get up behind her desk to do walkthroughs. This is not a quality run property and there are so many better options in Parker. Avoid."
