Furnished Finder

"Furnish finder is amazing if you have availability in the towns that you are working in. When I’m needing a house instead of using my RV, I have always had relatively good luck with availability. My filters usually have to include dogs being allowed so it’s really nice to see that option. The messaging part of the app does pretty well with notifying you via text that there is a message waiting on the app. I have yet to have, in my experience, a bad experience using this platform. Furnish finder is what I use FIRST before I start going down the Facebook marketplace (or other equivalent) hole. I prefer to use Furnished Finder because these landlords have to pay a fee to be on this network and it makes a world of difference in your search with that added requirement. Give it a try! It doesn’t cost you anything to look as a tenant."

"As a renter, I thought the Furnished Finder website was fairly easy to use, and I liked that I could message the property owners with questions (although only some responded). I was able to find a clean, comfortable short-term rental in a safe neighborhood in the Denver metro area that fit my needs, and it even had a park and walking path nearby. I have had a good experience with the place I rented and with interacting with the property owner."

"I have had a bad experience with Furnished Finder. Before I signed up, I would receive consistent emails presenting me with amazing numbers in my area. I spoke to a few of my realtor friends and they were astonished by the number of "housing requests" in my area, to be exact, it was $21,988 housing requests in the last 7 days. According to my realtor friends, these were amazing numbers and people should be knocking down my doors. I decided to furnish my entire empty 5 bedroom house based on these numbers. I even spoke to an actual person on the phone about the demand in my area and was assured there was great demand in my area. I put my house on Furnished Finder and waited, waited, waited and a couple leads trickled in and of course ghosted. I started to do a little research and found out that the hospitals FF was claiming would be my source for housing were false. One was not even in business and the other one did not even have traveling nurses. I called and called FF and they just repeated the same thing that I should update my calendar. In my opinion, it seems this is a fraudulent company with false advertising as I have called other people on the website as a "tenant" and they also have zero leads or now we are finding out possibly fake leads. I am still in my research but needless to say I have had a horrible experience and still believe this is not even a real business."

"I recently found a fantastic place to stay for 2 months in Portland, OR for business. It was in a safe neighborhood, close to South Waterfront near my office. The renting process was easy, I was able to text the owner of the place, she replied to me in a very timely fashion. Furnished Finder is a great concept/platform to find a home away from home for travelers or traveling professionals."

"We used Furnished Finders for the first time last summer. We were needing a place to stay for 6-8 weeks due to my daughter being cast in a show. The site was easy to use. You could browse by area or other specifics. We submitted a request stating details and owners contacted us letting us know their spaces were available and included links. That’s how I found the gorgeous house we rented. Seem less and safe! Highly recommend."
