Hampton Inn & Suites Parker

"My mom had booked a room several days in advance. Snowstorm moved in overnight (3/14 - 3/15) and she wouldn’t be able to make it due to the road conditions. Mom called to cancel the reservation while it could be cancelled but was rudely told she’d have to wait until she could talk with the manager (the next day, after the cancellation grace period). Not exaggerating, this gal was RUDE. Next day, we both called a couple times to talk with the manager regarding the cancellation and a refund of all $115, and, oddly enough, same gal RUDELY told us to wait until the manager calls us. We were also told that she was “lucky” that the $75 pet fee wouldn’t be applied. Considering the rudeness of the woman on the phone and the fact that a room that was NOT used was paid for, I’d hope to get a free night there one day, but we know that won’t happen. This is service these days. No manager has called either one of us back."

"Place was ok but the staff in the morning were kinda trash. Most hotels take care of gold member customers so a request for a late checkout shouldn’t be such a big deal to where you don’t have time to answer the front desk phone but you have time to find me in the parking lot and watch me until I drive off. Didn’t know I needed to be supervised while loading my bags and getting my son buckled in show some respect and act like you’ve been that person before I’m sure you’ve asked for a late checkout before but not everybody is you so unlike you I was actually doing what I was supposed to do and you lady were not. Shoutout to the kid working overnight you did a great job and the morning staff could use a few pointers in customer service from you , just saying."

"This place is disgusting .The rooms are filthy, the whole hotel stinks, my room smells like somebody just took a dump and left right before I got into the room. The carpets are gross, I'm scared to sleep in the bed, I booked a single and was told that they over sold their King rooms so they put me in a double Queen, And had the nerve to ask me if it was okay. When they had already changed it before I even got here. I will be sleeping on the ottoman or probably out in my car. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody nor will I ever stay here again."

"The rooms aren't as amazing looking as the pictures on their site. They are clean and comfortable, though. They also have stoves in them and a full-size refrigerator. For the price, this hotel is definitely worth staying at. Also the customer service was excellent here!"

"Rooms were clean, service was decent. Breakfast service was a disaster. Served from 6-10, by 8 am they were running out of food. Every trash can was overflowing from breakfast trash, and the food options were very limited. The pool was cold (it's suppose to be heated) and the hot tub was drained and nonfunctioning. The people were very nice but the breakfast crew needs help."
