"This was my first place to live in Colorado. I moved from Austin Texas with some doubts about what was next. I could not have been more pleased with the entire crew at Chestnut Ridge. The gentleman in charge of maintenane, Joe, was responsive and severed every need. Very kind and helpful as well. The management through Deja was more than helpful many times. Im a greatful to have lived in this complex. I stayed there around 10 yrs, and would still be there. But i was offered an work oppertunity that i could not pass up. Over all 5 stars. Great area, great community and a excellent staff. I would like to thank Deja and Joe for creating/ maintaining an enviorment that i could thrive in. I will miss seeing all my friends and the helpful crew of Chestnut Ridge."

The reason why I chose this apartment complex was all the great reviews about Joe and Orlando, the maintenance crew. And now that I live here I can say it was the right choice as they ALWAYS come through for you. They go above and beyond for everyone in the community. "Overall I think that this is a nice place to live. There are always bumps in the road, it is a good community. The property is well maintained. Jaise very sweet and does everything she can to accommodate. When deja is there, She does everything she can to address the issue. Joe Is great with the maintenance . He works very hard to make sure that everything is in order. Happy with the amenities. Communication is the key."

"Chestnut Ridge was such a good place to live, we lived there all last year without even seeing it before moving from 14 hours away. Overall, there was no issues and I just want to shout out Joe (Head of maintenance) he was the best guy and he was there anytime we needed help! He cares about the people and is hilarious! We will miss him!"

"I lived at Chestnut Ridge from around 2021-2023. Most of my time spent there was pretty good. Joe from Maintence was very cool and nice. The reason I give this place a One Star is because of the DEJA. Deja is the front desk/office manager person and she is EXTREMELY RUDE and condescending. She never follows through with what she says she will do and will tell you whatever she needs to get you away from her. She is a completely rude and disrespectful person. She personally gave Chestnut Ridge a one star in my mind. She is a terrible worker."
