"RENTER BEWARE!!! MICE! DIRTY! Don’t live here. Roundhill Pacific is the worse property management company I have ever witnessed. They don’t fix things timely. They don’t care about their properties much less their tenants. There are a company based on tenant intimidation, meaning if you complain or request basis stuff they will not renew your lease. We got MICE in our apartment over winter and they would not come fill whole or lay traps it took weeks and a mental breakdown before I reported them to the city. Luckily the city MADE them remedy this issue immediately as required by local laws. Long story short DO NOT LIVE HERE there are better places and people to give your money to and even if more expensive you are paying for your peace of mind and cleanliness at the very least."
