"Do not live here unless you like being treated horribly and unfairly in an unjust situation. The neighbor above me failed to keep her place properly heated and failed to take the necessary precautions during the weekend of the freezing temps in January as well as the management did not send out notice to tenants as a reminder which is their due diligence to do. It ultimately led to my apartment flooding from the unit above me in the entrance way, the kitchen and straight onto my mattress in my bedroom. Management is claiming that it was an “act of God” and that simply is false. If the building was properly heated, and had adequate preparation which I personally took in my unit, that would’ve been avoided as nobody else in the building was flooded. Hmmm… funny how they want to use that cop out excuse to avoid taking any responsibility. They offered me another unit while I was in a hotel for TWO WEEKS (kept getting pushed back) and yeah, at the end of the two weeks, the other unit offered was not even near ready yet or had been worked on so of course, after the way I was treated, along with the way that they dragged their feet to get a new apartment ready in this situation was unacceptable. Of course, I decided to move out completely. Also, if you value packages that you order, I don’t recommend this place either as they have not made any changes or come up with a solution after numerous packages constantly get stolen. They don’t care about you, they care about only your money."

"I lived here for a year and it was such a positive experience. The maintenance staff and the property manager are absolutely amazing. The building is older but well maintained with washer and dryer in unit, which can be difficult to find in Denver. It’s also conveniently located in a highly walkable area with quick access to the highways and downtown. Honestly though, the staff and Shauna the property manager are what makes this a great place to live. I can’t recommend it enough!"
