"I’ve lived here for 3 years and would not recommend moving in. Costs keep rising and I find them to be very unreasonable when signing a new lease. I need to move from Denver 3 months after my lease ends and they want to charge me almost $2,000/month to be month to month in a non updated apartment. I also found out I had been checked in their system for having an updated apartment in my last lease, so I feel Ive been over charged on my last lease, however they said that probably didn't effect it. I’m not convinced. I’ve never lived somewhere where I’ve felt taken advantage of so much. Not a good experience overall."

"Nice complex for the price, but something has changed drastically over the last year. I think they were bought by a larger organization called AIR…But there has been no communication and the fees keep rising, and the quality keeps going down. All the numbers listed are outdated so there’s no way to get in touch. I’m sure they are just now part of a larger conglomerate and don’t have the same approach they did when I first signed my lease. Also, you have to pay to get packages here with another fee that’s not listed and my mailbox and car was broken into because there’s no security."

"Avoid moving here if you can. The community is not safe. USPS mailboxes get regularly broken in to. My car and truck have been broken into at least 4 times. Packages get stolen all the time. Management does nothing. I was almost assaulted when I unknowingly walked up to someone breaking in to my car. I had to install my own security cameras for my vehicles to at least maybe hope to catch someone in the act again. And there are no security cameras owned by the property. The parking lots do not have adequate lighting. I do not feel safe outside of my apartment. Maintenance is a complete joke. We were without air conditioning for quite a few months because they couldn't get the repair parts or so they claimed. Maintenance went to fix the two bedroom windows in the unit and now both windows cannot be opened and neither one of them has a screen on them. Maintenance left with the screens and never replaced them. The dumpsters are regularly overflowing or on fire. Many of the walkways are cracked and buckled and unsafe to walk on. The lawn sprinkler systems that are installed next to the stairs for my unit spray right up the stairs in a constant stream. If I arrive home or have to leave after about 11:00 PM I need to take an umbrella outside to protect myself from getting soaked by the sprinklers. One of our neighbors turned out to be a hoarder and because of them our entire apartment was filled with cockroaches. I ended up treating for that myself after the first week. And luckily they didn't come back after I put down my own treatment. The apartment complex recently changed hands and the new management does absolutely nothing. The property is slowly falling into disarray and they don't seem to care. I will be looking for a new place to live when the lease is up."

"I really do love it here. For the price, you get a lot of great amenities in a very quiet and safe area. Pet friendly, pool in the summer that is kept very clean, updated appliances, gym, package room with lockers to keep it safe. Everyone in the office is nice and professional. We have lived here for a few months and have not had a bad experience. We look forward to the rest of our lease."

"BEWARE! Strap in ladies and gents this is a bumpy review. I lived here for a total of 6 years, I moved out after two and liked it so much I moved back. The last year this place changed drastically! They will nickel and dime you for everything you have. They put in parking meters for guest parking- who does that?! They also have stuff on your rent that says “other”, doesn’t even say what you’re being charged for. Expect to not get anything back on your deposit, they require a “professional cleaning” before you move out and a receipt if you don’t use theirs. My apartment had holes in the ceiling for 5 months from the people above me flooding my apartment. But they charged me for “damaged walls” that needed paint (which was normal ware and tare for living there for 4 years, my couch had rested against the wall and that was the damage). They will put letters on your doors of them having to get into your apartment next day with no warning and it’s expected that you have your animal cages or out of the apartment for the time allotted- which is generally 8-10 hours. I’m sorry but I’m not creating my dog for 10 hours, plus half the time they never even showed up and they change it to different day. Please save yourself and don’t move here, it’s not worth the emotional distress and also probably save you money in the long run- if you do move in expect to pay an additional $200 per month due to all of the fees they add on. I don’t understand how this place is able to run the way it is, definitely seems criminal the way they spring things on you and the ridiculous charges. This place is awful- don’t move here."
