"Joey and the front staff are all responsive and friendly. MAA River North is clean, has great amenities, reasonably priced, and a good location. As others have mentioned the Salvation Army is near by which influxes homeless but that’s a City of Denver issue not a MAA River North. The staff can only control what happens within the community. Homeless occasionally sneak in through left open doors (all doors are fob keyed entrance) but the staff or security promptly removes them. Anytime the garage door breaks (people love to run into them) they hire additional security to patrol more frequently/stage at garage entrance. Maintenance staff are responsive and resolve issues in a timely manner."

"First off I want to thank the front staff for going above and beyond for me on helping me find the perfect apartment. Joey gets 10 stars!!! I moved from Atlanta to Denver. The drive was long and I got pretty stressed about the move. Joey helped me find the apartment that was right for me at a distance. apartment shopping remote can be uncertain but Joey made the process easy. I read the reviews and I felt they were harsh. Coming from Atlanta the energy here is great. Denver is a city, expect normal city circumstances which is minimal very very minimal lol. The area is clean safe convenient and exactly what I was looking for. Great sound proof walls, appliances, and amenities. Staff and residence are super friendly."

"We moved in month of February there were some homeless present but didn’t seem too bad …but august 2023 they have crowded the field outside our balcony there’s garbage the smell of human waste and now mice coming in our apartment with a horrific smell we are leaving for the money you pay and the safety and security issues when trying to walk our dog at night has been the worse experience we ever encountered! So scary and so unsanitary a lot of theft it’s like living near skid row! Don’t live on the first floor! They need to shut down the whole first floor or build some privacy screens. I wish I would have known prior I would have never moved here! We are leaving for our own safety and and sanitary reasons! Just yesterday a man walking with his pants down peeing on sidewalk!"

"Lived here for two years! Great location. The management and staff are amazing which is hard to find. The amenities are top notch and well maintained. Very social atmosphere on the weekends- pool is always packed during the summer. Would definitely recommend living here. Lived in a two bed and studio and loved both. Highly recommend the studio layout format - it is very unique to find downtown for the price.. no sleeping in your kitchen. The homeless does tend to hang all around the area- never had any issues personally but they are very present (but thats just Denver). The security team is very present in the evening around the property though."
