"I've only been in the apt a few weeks but it's been a great move overall! The staff was helpful and responsive, and the building is very clean and quiet. It's also very dog friendly if you have a fur baby - highly recommend overall!"
"I am not a resident, but I do visit my friend who lives there a few times a month. The amount of dog waste that is around is embarrassing at the cost of rent. You get the "luxury" of paying 1500+ and can't even enjoy being out of your apartment due to insufficient maintenance (this is a quantity not quality issue) and zero enforcement of cleaning up after your pet!!"

"I absolutely love living at Milo! The neighborhood feels safe and is super walkable to a lot. High quality finishes, clean shared spaces, and by far the most attentive building management I’ve dealt with in my years of renting. Yes there are some annoyances, but said annoyances come with the nature of living in multi-family housing. The gym (by far the best apartment gym I’ve used), great pool and outdoor areas, a coworking space, and the great neighborhood definitely make up for those annoyances. I get the feeling that maintenance and management are doing as much as they can to keep this building great. I’ve only been here a bit over 3 months, but as of now I don’t see any reason why I would leave at the end of my lease!"
"3.5/5 rating. Overall solid place to stay, but could have improvements. One of the best gyms ive seen in an apartment complex. Pretty good pool area.. Great area in town. The reason for the 3.5 is because there are many minor inconveniences living here. Hot tub didn't work for 2+ months when i moved in. It randomly is cold. Coffee machine/elevators are randomly out. One of the three treadmills has been out for months. The materials of the building are cheaply made. One of the two grills barely works. Once again a lot of minor inconveniences is what brought the rating down. Great balcony/view/location/gym."
