"EDIT: I am changing my review from 1 to 3 stars because some changes have been made! Cameras were installed to prevent people leaving dog accidents everywhere and the building has been sending emails out to enforce a policy surrounding the issue. This has made a huge difference - the dog parks are finally clean! Hallways are also improving. They also have changed over to a new security company. While I can’t say for sure that it is better, I can say I haven’t seen any transient folks in the stairwells or garage since the change. Yay! They have also started hosting events more frequently again - almost to the degree that was advertised when I moved in! I’ve heard there may have been a managerial changeover of some sort - this would explain the great improvements that have suddenly happened. Either way… I appreciate that resident concerns were heard and acted upon. It really does make a huge difference!"

"Been living here for 4 months now and it's been great. The staff is super friendly and responsive. The facilities are nice and clean -- gym, common areas, work space, guest rooms etc. I'm not a fan of mandatory valet trash (I've used it 2-3 in my 4 months) and sometimes the hallways smell, but apart from that I'm enjoying the building, staff and location."

"what a beautiful apartment complex with the best staff & maintenance! everyone has been so friendly and has made my move so easy! the rooms were spotless when I came in so I didn’t have to worry about cleaning my new apartment! everyday I see maintenance cleaning around and it shows! the place is spotless and I truly feel like a city girl! the thing that’s so worth it is the roof top view "

"I am leaving a 1 star review due to the poor and unsafe living conditions my partner and I experienced at this apartment complex, leading us to move out early. Over an extended period of time, there were several unresolved health and safety issues: - Broken garage doors allowed unwanted intruders into the buildings. - Flooded elevators containing dog feces and urine were acknowledged by staff as a health hazard. - Multiple broken entry doors allowed homeless people to access the buildings. - There were recurring shutdowns of amenities like the hot tub. - There were vehicle break-ins and thefts in the covered parking garage. - Management was always slow to respond and avoided my communications. I strongly caution anyone considering renting here. This is an extremely poorly run property with numerous unresolved issues. We moved here hoping to enjoy the amenities but instead dealt with stress and trouble. I KNOW. It looks nice. Don't be fooled, learn from my experience and consider looking elsewhere."

"I have lived here for almost a full year now and I have nothing but great things to say about the building and staff. I inquired about my unit while I was out of town and was able to sign a lease while out of town as well. The leasing office was extremely helpful answering all of my questions in a short period of time and made me feel extremely comfortable, without seeing the property. My move in was seamless and easy. I was pleasantly surprised with seeing my unit and the community upon my move in date. The leasing office has been very nice and accommodating for any needs and friendly in general. In terms of maintenance, the maintenance staff is wonderful too. They're quick to fix any issues and respond to any inquiries. I have lived in quite a few apartment buildings in Denver, this one has been the best. The amenities are great, the building is clean, your rent goes far here. If you've lived in an apartment building before, regular common noise is expected, especially off a main road. With younger tenants, you will hear hallway noise on the weekends, but overall people seem to be respectful. The property does what any property can do regarding safety, which is common for a large/major city population."
