"Lived there for 2 years we loved the place for the location “luxury style” it was definitely the best value. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the amenities were usually broken. Two out of three elevators would not work both steam rooms would never work and the jacuzzi wouldn’t work. If we stayed in Colorado we would have definitely continued living there."

"Sova is beautiful I would give 5 ⭐ but the gas lines were down on the roof top so you couldn't use the cooking appliances and grills plus the hot tub is down frequently but otherwise amazing"

"Just wanted to share some postive thoughts about the staff at SOVA. I've been a resident for over 4 years and yes the building has had some troubles, mostly from the original builders and from the outside threats of our neighborhood, but our staff has been resilient. Our current manager listens to what's going on in this place, makes incredible efforts to get issues resolved and with a positive attitude. Looking forward to a banner year."
