Zia Sunnyside Apartments

"My wife, our upcoming baby, and myself recently moved from Baltimore to Denver via Ireland. We came to Denver with a very digital onboard so were a little apprehensive. No need. Zia have made our move so easy. They were so accommodating assisting with our move-in schedule, were so easy to deal with from thousands of miles aways, and since then have proved nothing but 'friends' since we've gotten here. It's not often you can talk about property management companies like this but there you have it. A genuinely wonderful bunch of folks. I could talk about amenities and all that lark (the pool, hot tub, social areas, sky lounge are ridiculous!) but that's anywhere. It's all that but most importantly the people. Recommend strongly! "We love our apartment at Zia! When looking for the perfect apartment, a lot of times you base your final decision on gut feeling. All new builds have the same shiny amenities, but customer service is what stands out above the rest. This was the case for why we chose Zia. When we toured and saw that Ryan went out of his way to greet everyone by name, and invited them to a resident event, it gave us a sense of community and care. The rest of the leasing and move in process was seamless. Everyone seems really friendly and we love our apartment. The location ins great, too! We would 10/10 recommend."

"I moved in to Zia in November and love it. I'm in my mid-30s and this is my first time living in an apartment building with amenities like this and it's been wonderful. I love my apartment layout (I'm in an A5 on the apartment side) and feel like it's a really great space and price for Denver. I also really love the neighborhood; I've been in Denver for 13 years but never on this side of town. It's residential, respectful and quiet while still easily accessible from downtown and the highways. I moved in right when the new management company took over and have had a really great experience with everyone in the leasing office. They've all been friendly, helpful, responsive and personable. I've also been impressed by how much they've done in their first few months of taking over the building, such as repainting the garage lines, fixing the pool phones that hadn't been serviced for years by the previous company, rebuilding the website and resident portal, doubling the number of dog walk stations and best of all, significantly improving the quantity and quality of resident events. It's really helped with meeting neighbors, making friends and making Zia feel like a home. If you're looking for a place, I highly recommend."
