The Fitzgerald 1840 Market Street, Denver, CO 80202

"It looks like a very nice place at first. The residents are nice, and they have a lot of amenities. The staff, however, is quite difficult to communicate to when you have problems. And there is a lack of communication between one another. My car was broken into when i first moved in. Due to the garages not closing, thankfully that is now fixed. Honestly, I feel that for the price that they cost, it should be better. And if you have an apartment facing market street Friday, Saturday and Sunday, don't expect to get any sleep until after 3 AM. Especially when events are going on. They do the bare minimum Get charge the premium price. With the cheapest places at about 3k/month after utilities"

"The community was so clean and everyone in the office was very professional and nice, especially Sergio. He took his time to show the available units and to show me all the amenities, even was nice enough to let me know some of his favorite restaurants since I'm new to the area. Beautiful pool and amazing gym also so many close bars and restaurants. Needless to say, I am SO excited to move here!"

I also do creative events with them now, and the space to work with is stunning. Their amenities are a dream. The ambiance is classy, and you can see how much thought has gone into every detail of this property. The penthouses are incredible, with the views people move to Denver for. The staff is the best - so helpful and welcoming, and they provide a fabulous luxury experience, including unmatched concierge services. Also, it's just blocks from wonderful restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment, with still maintaining the small neighborhood feel."

The suite was absolutely stunning as well as the whole building very modern and upscale. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Perfect location walking distance to so many places downtown. My stay was amazing and has me wanting to move to Denver. 10/10!"
