"Do not attempt to rent an apartment from them. They had a special going where there was no deposit, no application fees and no administration fees if you moved in. Tried to see one of there apartments but could never get a hold of anyone that worked in their office. The guy never answered his cellphone number or the apartments number. First red flag. Finally after about four weeks I got in contact with the guy in the leasing office and he told me that he ran my application through but I was not accepted. This was back in September. So in November I start receiving emails stating that I owe them 21.00 and if I don't pay it they would send me to collections. The information on the email states that it was from a move out cost. I asked how they could charge me for a move out fee and I never lived there. So today the lady called and told me that the 21.00 was for the application fee that I was not supposed to get charge. I will be contacting my attorney. I don't care if it was only 2.00 your company lied. Good thing I took screenshots of your website stating no fees. You guys will be hearing from my attorney asap. "This apartment building sucks and the management is absolutely heartless. They kicked the old neighborly homeless guy out from their useless walkway. He was trying to sleep and wasn’t harming a single soul, also he has been around this area forever and is very kind. This wannabe bougie building should have never been built in la alma"

"Great apartments. It's not the best, but definitely not the worst place to live. The property manager (Brian) was really nice and helpful with the move in process. The apartments have new modern appliances but the air conditioner is old and a bit noisy. And my studio apartment is small and the floor plan is not the best. I haven’t seen their 1 and 2 bedroom apartments though. The downsides are the rooftop terrace would need some updating with decor and furniture that would suit the great view of the city. The garage parking is expensive at $225 a month but if you have a car I I’d highly advise you to park it in the garage because the area is kinda sketchy. There is no pool or hot tub. The walls are very thin and you could hear your neighbor watching tv or having a conversation. Overall, their prices are great for the location and amenities."

"My partner and I were a little skeptical of this place at first because it was the first apartment tour we went on. Turns out it is as good as it seems. We are several months into living at the Art District Flats and I can honestly say we love it! Here are some things we love: The staff is amazing here! Brian (building manager I believe) actually cares about the residents and was very honest about everything that we needed to know when we were moving in. He really made our move-in choice easy! Chris (maintenance manager I believe) is by far one of the friendliest people alive and we appreciate how on top of everything he is! Even the crew that does weekly cleaning in the common areas says "Hello" to us when we see them. Thanks for making it feel like home y'all! The building is fantastic: Everything works, the location is perfect, and the view is epic (check out the roof pics)"
