"The management goes above and beyond here. Just moved 5 days ago (Nov 2023) from Mexico. The zillow listing is not too good to be true, it is true! Appliances are great, water pressure is great, rooms and closets, bathrooms, kitchen all for us are great. Staff and maintenance is extremely personable, friendly, helpful, and proactive. Get to know them, they are all friendly people. I will update my review after 3, 6, etc months 3 month update: all is still good! All staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance responds quick and does the job well. Neighbors are friendly. It’s quiet and clean. Mailroom and elevators are all good!"
"Been here 6 months and definitely a great complex. Maintenance has responded within a day, there’s on-call maintenance, and the place is kept very clean. Usual apartment noise but less than you’d expect. Residents are mainly polite, and safety/security are taken seriously. In-Unit Washer/Dryer, nice views, and well within walking distance to grocery stores and other spots. Paul, in the leasing office, was truly exceptional. He made the whole move-in process a breeze and was informative, friendly, and professional. Knowing that everyone in their leasing office is very genuine and welcoming is a huge plus, and they do an awesome job whenever anything comes up!"
"Excellent managed property! Moved into Quin in July. Great location. Santa Fe scene is fabulous. Unlike other downtown properties Quin doesn’t have issue with vandals, etc. Property is clean and well maintained. Management does a great job communicated events on property and creating a fun atmosphere. Units are very new, modern updates with appliances, etc. Very minimal issues with noise. I literally don’t hear anyone. For the price I would highly recommend visiting Quin if you are looking downtown."
"In my 20 years of renting in Denver, QUIN is the best apartment complex ever! Security is top on my list. Digital pad door access and mailroom allows safe entrance for deliveries and guests. A security team monitors property and is on-call. The staff communicates frequently and schedules fun community events. Maintenance promptly responds and deep cleans hallways, elevators and grounds every day--even on weekends! The amenities are beautiful. My fave is the co-working space with free Google Fiber access. The amazing decor throughout the property compliments the Santa Fe Art District. Honestly, I'll be renting here for years to come."
