"With a cast of all new staff and management, the property resonates with a new found consideration and professionalism towards its tenants. Upon transferring apartments, Alex, was very accommodating and responded very promptly to any questions I had along the way. The new maintenance staff handled all my move in requests with prompt and satisfactory results. One complaint I have, the pool needs to be brought back to "heated year round" condition. Like it was when I first moved in."

"It was our first week at the apartments and we had a big freeze. I was doing laundry and our washing machine filled up with water and broke. they were doing emergency only fixes so my maintenance order got turned down. It was okay for a few days but left a bad taste in our mouths because the tenants before us left the apartment in not so great shape and the night before someone tried to break into my car in the apartment parking lot so our week wasn't great to begin with. But after my fiancee went face to face with them and explained that the apartment was starting to smell bad from the wet clothes and it should be prioritized they made it right and they got a better understanding of how severe the situation was and they came in and fixed the situation immediately and we actually got am upgrade with the washing machine. I'd say they reacted in a understandable way and they fixed the problem as soon as they really understand the situation. So all in all it was a good experience."

"I will start off by saying my experience at these apartments has not been the best. We had a miscommunication issue with previous management that led to an unexpected 1500 dollar charge and several other issues while living here. But we were able to work with the new manager to come to a solution that I feel like was fair. He kept his promises, thoughtfully communicated with me every step of the way, and I know he worked hard to get us to a fair agreement. So, although my experience here was not always the best, I am thankful for the new management and how they handled our situation."

"When I first moved in, the place was disgusting dirty floors had blood on my blinds thank goodness for pictures or they wouldn’t believe me. Dishwasher smells like mold, can’t get a new one because well they can’t afford a new per the old leasing agents. This place is the worst place to live at, currently a resident and will not be renewing my lease once it comes up. Due to the fact they allow workers to be disrespectful to other members of the community, they allow workers to violate the rules of the community. Parking 2 cars in front of the garage as it clearly states they can not do that. They don’t do snow removal so someone over the age of 60 should definitely not live here since they don’t care about your safety. Kids tear up the yards and smash trees you have leasing agents walk right past them with potential residents and they say nothing to these kids. Let you scream for peace and quite you then get a lease violation for asking a simple request. You then approach the new guy in the office he claims to have 10 plus years of service in property management but you can tell he knows nothing and just collects his check every 2 weeks. You complain to the office they request they to come sit in your house for a week to figure out what the issues are instead of telling such employees to act right. No flags allowed to been flown on balcony only maintenance workers are allowed to express what they love and no one else. If you wanna spend over $2000 dollars and waste it then move in here. Any noise you bring up to them they blame it on structure issues. I have went to everyone in the same building as me and asked them simply do you have problems with people above you and below you making a ton of noise. They all answered no, but what do you know the maintenance worker is the one causing all the noises. The leasing office yeah it’s just structural issues nothing we can do about it. The hours after I complained you guessed the noises get louder. So we all know what exactly is being done. On top this exact individual came up to as I’m moving in and said hey your gonna hear a lot of noises. I have my dog and my baby day who shouldn’t be here all the time but is here most the time. Never meet this women or thing in my life and that’s her first convo with me. 6 months later here we are more lease violations because someone can’t work in there house because the house above is always causing noises. They fire the good workers and keep the yes sayers. #WeMissYou #YouMadeUsMoveIn #BringBackTheOldEmpolyees we wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for you To the management company don’t try to save face and reply under here saying reach out so we can discuss, you had your chances to discuss these issues."
