"My fiance and I toured today with Kiara. She was amazing! We toured other complexes and she was the only one who made an effort. She is very professional and friendly. Kiara gets 5 stars, but for property wise I'll give it 4. The only thing I wish this property had was storage availability, whether that be a garage or storage spaces, but that won't stop us from choosing this place. Looking forward to see how the process goes."

"Sunset Peak Apartments are horrible and are stealing peoples money during tax season. Saw a listing on hot pads for 3 bedroom $2225. I scheduled a tour. Showed up for tour, walked into leasing office and was not greeted with a hello or how may I help you from girl sitting at desk. Girl was not professional or personable or approachable. Actually very rude. Our conversation was more one sided on my side. Mis-quoted monthly rent. Did not know anything about property or pricing. Did not have any answers to my questions. Response was always “Im just a temp”. That is actually an excuse saying she doesnt know how to do her job. Walked to the apartment for tour, girl opened door, did not show my daughters and I around, and did not say one word. While leaving girl finally decided to speak, “Any Questions”. I returned to leasing office to pick up my drivers license, and not another word was spoken. Girls name was Elizabeth, a d she would not give me her last name. This is unacceptable customer service behavior and nobody should be treated like this. Also, do not spend your tax refund in these apartments. Girl mentioned they raise rent $1000 or more during tax season! Rude and Stealing good peoples money!!!!"

"Maintenance sucks . Every time I need them to fix something it’s never done right or on time. To put this out there, I really like these apartments when we first found them But then we moved in 1 year later rent went up and it just seems like we had a bunch of issues They (remodelers) PAINTED over the bathtub, and the rollers on the drawers,the toilet did not flush The trash consistently over flowed especially when there were issues with the apartment not paying the bill even though the tenants still were charged for it each month. On top of all of that upon moving out sketchy and barely responsive, we are also charged OVER what our deposit was meaning we would owe money to the apartments. We were advised that only our last months utilities (which almost doubled oddly in price upon move out) and any damages (to which there were none) would be charged from our deposit. Lol and behold, there was a $155 charge for cleaning the apartment after move out and another $109 charge on top when we want for so long and they never fix anything i will post a video i had live there for year living like this and with a baby... can some one help me to get a decent amount of charge of"

"I have had my share of issues at this complex. But the one thing that has been consistent and positive has been the attitude, professionalism and workmanship of the maintenance tech, Sabir. He is always efficient and polite. I am grateful that he is in the staff here. I would not have near as many positive things to say, should it not be for him and the way he represents the company. Thank you l, Sabir, for always getting the job done."

"I made a huge mistake returning to these apartments and I cannot wait for my lease to end. It was clear no one had even bothered to do a walk through of my unit before I was given my keys, the pictures speak for themselves. There was laundry FROM THE PREVIOUS TENANTS still in the washer with detergent caked and splattered everywhere. The entire apartment was dirty with many things broken or not working. The light from the kitchen would not turn on and on top of this I could not use my stove for 3 DAYS after receiving the keys because it took them that long to even put in a request to get things cleaned and to fix it. Not to mention having to wait 4 days after move in for someone to come wash the carpet. It is now the 15th and no one has come in to fix the toilet paper holder or change any of the window screens and I’m not satisfied with anything that was done to compensate for my experience. It would take DAYS to get ahold of the property manager and I was only taken serious after having to leave multiple emails and voicemails about the situation. Save your self the head ache and look else where , no one deserves to walk into their new home and see a huge mess and have it take DAYS for it to be cleaned."
