"I had called in to get some info on leasing and Brittany was absolutely amazing! She answered all my questions. She was incredibly informative and extremely nice! Seriously considering these apartments thanks to her! It would be nice living somewhere that the office staff is ACTUALLY helpful!"
"moved out in October before my lease was even up. this community is beautiful but half of the amenities are not accessible from the pool being closed all summer to not receiving fobs for anything after 4 months of living here. Problems with AC cutting into walls to try and fix it. trash was always in stair cases. packages always get stolen , neighbors dont acknowledge you. office staff aren't friendly let alone helpful! These apartments are beautiful but not worth it."
"I literally can’t wait for my lease to end here, the community is poorly ran and communication is terrible. The office staff are rude, you walk in and they just stare not so much as a greeting. I communicated with them in advance that my bank account was frozen due to fraud and told them when I would be able to pay my rent.. they advised I would still get a late fee (understandable) but just to pay it on the 17th as agreed. On the 9th I had a demand for rent or vacate posted on my door. I think all of the office staff could use training."
"I have enjoyed my time living here at Village at Thorncreek. It took me about a month to get approved and the process was frustrating at the time, but once things were finalized, things have been smooth sailing. I wasn’t a huge fan that the pool was closed for almost the entirety of last summer, and when it did open it was only open for a month. I did have some kind of plumbing issue when it came to my washer, as well as some A/C and heat problems, but those were all fixed within a week or less and there have not been problems since. Darrel the maintenance man is so kind and is always happy to help. The people in the office, especially Ariana have been kind as well, but they keep to themselves unless you need something. I enjoy this quiet, clean, friendly, and peaceful community. I think in the grand scheme of things, you get what you pay for. Apartments in the surrounding areas are not cheap, but what you get here is worth the price, especially as these apartments are not even a year old. I do hope that rent does not increase/does not increase drastically by the time I hope to re-sign my lease in the spring."
"You do have to wonder why tenants are already moving out when this apartment community is only a year old. Poor communication from office staff when your inquiring yet they want residents help to provide them with garage/carport numbers their system lost, they want residents to take photos of people who do not pickup after their pets, which is honestly DISGUSTING and happens all the time. It would be nice to have the walkways and stairs of ALL buildings swept to remove all the debris and excessive dog hair and maybe power wash the food and pet stains. For being a year old the appearance is starting to be lack luster. The 2 stars is because I do have a BEAUTIFUL view of the Mountains. OH and address the issue of people parking in carports when they know damn well they do not pay to reserve that spot, tape a letter on resident doors providing information for the preferred towing company for this property and maybe residents and their guests would be more respectful."
