The Meadows at Town Center

"Do not move here it’s overpriced for what you get! My fridge has been leaking since I moved in same with my bathroom sink and when they came to fix it was still not fixed and just today they sprung on the entire complex that they would be coming into our apartments for 10 minutes without permission or warning. The water is constantly being shut off it happens at least twice a month. They boot and tow cars every night even is you have a guest in guest parking. If I could give this place zero stars I would all I can say is I can’t wait for my lease to be over save your self the trouble"

"this place is horrible they are always changing management and the water is always cold because they have one boiler for the whole units ! i hate this place so much i wished i never moved here the way we function as a family this place messed it all up ! no one hardly lives here the building in front and above have been empty for months ! it's too expensive and to top it off they like to hire a booting company to boot cars that have expired plates ! that's ridiculous they aren't even affiliated with police or the state and they want be ripping off without knowing someone's circumstances i've gotten into arguments with this place the one person i miss was Nayeli she was so nice and understanding these new people idk who they think they are but they got their noses far up their .... don't rent here it's gross people don't pick up their dogs poop there's nails in the street where i have gotten 3 nails on them money after money ! stay away from here"

"Update: I had to drop it a start due to the parking situation. The entire complex is allowed 9 visitor spots. The communication from the office is great. They understand that the building is older so there will be more frustrations but they try to stay on top of all issues. The parking situation is continually be monitored and that’s nice. Rent is a little high considering the age of the unit, but that is to be expected since everyone is moving to Colorado. The front doors have gaps and you can see light coming in around the door which worries me that it will affect my heat bill in the winter. I do wish some fans would get put in the gym. It’s incredibly hot an stuffy in there which is preventing me from going."

"I am very pleased with the management. Yuri has been more than helpful to me and my family on more than one occasion. I also wanna comment on what a good job they do getting maintenance requests taken care of, especially dealing with being short handed like everywhere is these days."

"This is honestly the worst complex ive ever lived in. The water is shut off constantly. There are constant safety hazards outside the buildings. They are more worried about cars parking in the lot then the safety of the residents. My unit was "renovated" before i moved in. The towel racks dont stay in the wall. Kitchen floor isnt even level. Baseboards dont stay secured. A/C doesnt work right ever. Nobody ever answers the phones in the office during business hours. Constant booting of residents vehicles for the stupidest reasons. Stay far away!!!"
