"I've been staying here. The rooms are very small but there is a full-size kitchen. It's overall comfortable to heater works and the roof over our head. I just wish it was bigger and I wish I had a bathtub for You my son"

"Reading a few of these reviews & looking at the profiles is all you need to know about the fact some people complain over the smallest things. I came here on a not so fun evening to avoid some drama & the lady named Michelle checked me in. She was helping other guests before me that were having issues with their reservation & she was so calm, patient, professional and respectful although the guests were being difficult. Her welcoming smile made a bad night a lot better & she even made sure to share details about the area and how to get around. The room was a good value for the budget and it was quiet. No it’s not the Four Seasons, but yes it is safe, clean, quiet place to sleep. I’d give more stars if I could. Staff here is awesome & they seemingly care about doing a good job."

"This hotel did something so great for me and my family.... They helped us when we were in a vulnerable situation. The staff. Especially Maria were awesome, kind, caring,and understanding...and one more thing...for the record ...i don't understand the reviews because the rooms were wonderful. They were clean. The beds were more comfortable here than when i stayed at the hilton in denver im not kidding. They have a lot of storage..dressers, closets you can.cook literally complete meals here in the kitchenette. They keep this place secure.By giving parking passes and a security guard that walks the premises nightly until morning. My family was safe here and these days as a mom of 5 I appreciate that so much. They even were understanding with my kids who can sometimes be a little messy and Loud. They made sure our rooms were in a place as to not being distracting to other guests. I'd give this place more starts if it were an option. I'll Definitely booking here the next time I need a room forsure. Thank you Maria!! For making our stay and our lives just that much easier !!"

"Stayed here for 4 nights and didn’t read the reviews before I booked it so I was a little nervous at check in. I was pleasantly surprised! The front desk person, Michelle, was so friendly and helpful and my room was nice and clean. Will definitely be staying here again."

"The rooms upon check-in were completely dirty I had to wipe off the dressers wipe inside the dresser drawers because they were full of dirt and cigarette butts that were cut. There was splattered blood on the bathroom walls and on the refrigerator sidewall, and the kitchen cabinets and countertop were filled with crumbs and dirt and whatever else was stuck and dripping down before it dried. Completely disgusting the fact that I had to clean my room after paying a substantial amount for a week stay and then being required to put down $100 deposit that's "refundable". Very disappointed very annoyed that I feel like I've been had and through my money out the door"
