"This is a scary place to live. A place where you can have a neighborhood threatened your life, beat his family. You can call the Thorton Police but they will do nothing as well. The bottom floor apartment drains always back up with sewage and flood your floor. This place is not a place to raise a family or feel safe. I know a neighborhood here who was robbed at gun point in the apartments parking lot and had her car stolen. I know it is tough to find a place to live at affordable prices. But please do yourself a favor and NOT move here!"

"I really thought this Apartment Management Company Summit Communities LLC care about its residents. I been through 4 +Management and gotten worse. About 2 times week a call about the hot water is not working. This has has been for the 2.5 years here. I have witnessed illegal lock out of neighbor tenant before thier court date in Jan 24. Who is now homeless permanently, lives in the area in thier truck so sad. I have seen many leave for many issues. Yes we all have economy issues with inflation. Yet even if you seek rental assistance to keep you in your home they get paid they find a loop hole to assure you can not keep your home by adding additional fees of amenities double raising on your next rent so you cant afford the rent. No matter what you do they find away to force you out. You can try to work with them they wont. They only care about the dollar not the tenant. The pool has been closed the 2 years I been here you pay for it as amenities. Yeah they are the worse . They find a away to not keep tenants. I or good managers. They are awful. I have even reported thier illegal practices and now getting retaliation from them. Dont move here. Not worth the stress."

As of recently I have seen them cleaning around the community themselves in the mornings. They're also polite and will stop to greet you! Great Community!"
