"I lived here for one year and honestly that was more than enough for me. The apartments themselves are really nice; I never had any issues with appliances, the washer and dryer in unit was a nice addition, and the I felt I had plenty of room even with the smallest size studio. The double access doors were comforting considering the surrounding area. Also the online payment system was easy to use and never glitched on me. The problems for me were mostly everything else. It’s a 30+ unit complex with less than 10 parking spaces, so be prepared to either shell out an extra $200 a month for a space or get into parking battles with the houses on the side street. I sometimes had to park more than a block away, which was only worsened by walking in the cold or at night when it felt a bit unsafe. The communal areas were also hit and miss. Trash was often not picked up for 2+ weeks at a time, dead moths piled up on the floor and window sills during moth season, and doors were constantly breaking to the point where I saw an upset note once or twice. The problems were just so unavoidable and only were inflated by the high rent rate. Overall, if you don’t have a car or mind the area, or the $1300+/month rent, it’d be okay. But you’ll probably find a place with less issues at a lower price elsewhere."
"Love that the building is new and the design is nice. Small units actually have lots of storage and cute built ins. Management company is quick to respond. Never had an issue with street parking."
"No office on site translates to no communication. New building so excel is included with rent but you won’t get that hefty bill for the first couple of months. 33 units with 8 parking spaces that you can wait to pay for. I’ve been paying for a forced renters insurance even though I have my own…. The only plus is the small units are somewhat affordable."
