"No website, no phone number, no hours of operation. Such lack usually tells how owner/management is. A Red Flag in general. Near food, stores, busline, and rail station make it idea location when folks are down on their luck. You can go google map and see the phone number if it current, as the pic was taken jan 2022. Also seems a lot of off site parking, so another Red Flag issue. The street as a slight slope and everyone knows that people can't drive thus danger to street park in winter or when any ice/snow on the road. Wonder what rent is? Only did the 1 star as it demanded such"
