"While it's not fancy, it is a good value for the price. The room seemed recently updated and it was very clean. The staff member at check-in was very nice and helpful. My only complaint was the location next to a very busy road, so there was a lot of traffic noise even late at night. Overall, I was happy with my stay there."

"Staff was very friendly and incredibly accommodating. Both of us have physical limitations, and they had originally put us in a second floor room, but when they saw us struggling they immediately got us into a 1st floor room. The rooms were very clean and modern. We got a good night's sleep. Quiet atmosphere. Great service! Will definitely recommend!"

"I will try to keep this short. First of all, just because you can pay for a business doesn’t mean you know how to run it. The owner has no clue. But she does know how to rob people! I have seen many reviews where they have taken peoples money without reason and I am no exception! The hotel is dark from the parking lot to the room. You would think with the money they steal, they could afford real lightbulbs. The floors are caving at the top of the stairs and they just screwed pieces of wood over it…dangerous! They complained about us using the ice…ice is $2.. figure it out for your guests. The amenities don’t work…no elevator, no washer, no dryer! They put us in a non pet friendly room, told us we needed to be moved to a different room. We agreed but they never moved us and then charged us for dog hair??? I was told that the bed or sheets and towels are for humans. They should put in the terms that you can bring your pet as long as they sleep on the floor, don’t shed and don’t bark! They kept trying to get into our room. We didn’t let them in so they waited until my husband and I left and then went in when my children were there…cowards! Again just more proof of my first statement. You are taking $50-$60 from most guests, it’s sad that they are still such Penny pinchers. Soo disappointing!"

"I'm always pretty comfortable and have no problems when I stay here, which has been a lot the past couple months. The staff/ owners are really nice and they do a great job keeping the rooms clean with all the amenities , microwave, mini fridge, etc.. I enjoy staying here. And it's never more than $70 a night. And that's after taxes & fees. The room rates are usually $50-$60 and they only charge a $60 deposit. And except non-physical photo ID."

"This isn't the Ritz, but if you need a place to sleep while you are out exploring all that Denver has to offer then is is a great, affordable hotel. The rooms are ok, pretty average other than both beds squeaked with every adjustment. The staff is exceptional! They went above and beyond to help us, first when we asked to check in a little early and second when our battery died in our car, the owner (I assume he was asleep) got up and came to help us immediately. Also there is a really good diner right across the street so no breakfast at the Inn wasn't even a big deal."
