"Five stars for service! The staff here is exceptional. Accommodating, kind and helpful, the chick fila of hotels! We had an issue with a smell in our room and it was handled immediately. The housekeeping manager, I forget her name was so quick to respond and make sure we were happy. Quick note to let others know we have never been to Denver, first trip. This location was perfect. In a shopping center and close to food, gas, coffee and anything you might need. The hotel is about 20 min from downtown, quick highway drive. Def recommend!"

"The rooms are compact. There were 2 queen beds pretty close together. Not much room nor extra space. Square fabric-covered footstool in room was a bit filthy. Front desk guys were friendly and not nosy. Common areas are neat n clean."

"i stayed 3 nights and never received room service. the second day i asked the front desk for towels they apologized so much and assured me my trim will be cleaned... it was not when i first arrived, i asked the desk clerk of they had breakfast. yes, full breakfast 6-10. o planned the morning based on my team eating there. what they offered was a choice of 4 $15+ sandwiches that the clerk microwave for you. but there is plenty of parking, and a twin of restaurant and stores in walking distance."

"During check in we were not greeted with a normal happy greeting. The front desk person appeared to be busy watching something with a coworker. She asked if I was ready to check in. I said yes. I was informed of all the amenities but not informed of any charges with the credit card, just asked to put in the credit card after showing my ID. The hotel was clean. The room was clean. It appears to be new and updated. The hot tub was not open and nothing was mentioned on the website. While walking in with a Christmas load we were struggling and dropped some items. Instead of asking us if we needed any help the two just continued to talk. We didn't need help but that would've have been the polite thing to do. The bed was decent. There is a larger small fridge and a safe. The shower pressure was not great. During check out I was greeted and everything was as expected."
