"Reservation made online, easy. Got to hotel and the front desk man with glasses and long hair was not welcoming. He was very short with the guests. Later we went to go swimming. The front desk guy pointed out where the pool was, however BIG sign stating 'OUT OF ORDER'! Now for not having a restaurant or bar at least you need a pool or something for us to do. I would really like a discount on my room because your pool was not working. I worked for the hotel Marriott for six years. The front desk man with the glasses and long hair that worked on 12/31/24. He told the guests that he is looking for a career change so that means that's probably why he had the attitude he did. Update. The front desk guy this morning, 1/1/24, took our complaint and after 2 phone calls for follow up on 1/3/24 & 1/5/24, gave us a FULL refund. This is my 2nd edit for my review"

"An excellent location overall. Sergio at the front desk is amazing and makes sure that every day feels personal and welcoming. He greeted me when I came in and every morning when I left for work. Speaking of mornings, the breakfast is top notch for a continental breakfast. Michelle and Christine made a phenomenal breakfast every morning and were always kind and considerate when I said hey in the mornings. The food, especially the souffle, was always a great start to the day. The room was comfortable and spacious, even in the basic king sized room. The only problem was a personal one that I enjoy a firmer pillow, but stack two or turn one on its side and its as good as home. I hope the management sees this and gives attention to the services because I'll recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Denver area. I can't wait to come back to Denver because I'll definitely stay here. Champions, all around, and as someone who travels for work all over the country, this experience highly stands out. 10/10, Sergio, Michelle, and Christine, I hope you get the recommendation you deserve."
