"Moved in just two months ago and have already had nearly non-stop work orders - upon move-in we found dirty, stained and broken blinds in every room, mold actively growing in water-damaged bathrooms, rotting floor trim, windows caulked shut, stains and water damage painted over (it’s now peeling off and you can see the rot underneath), faucets that are installed incorrectly and do not function in one shower, broken and shifting bathroom tiles, a leaking toilet that stained the downstairs ceiling when the water to the unit was turned on, and an outside light fixture wrapped in packing tape and white tape in a bathroom sink as “repairs”. The laminate flooring was filthy, peeling up and rippled under cabinets due to poor installation, and the door frame to the balcony is rotting due to moisture damage. Our dishwasher is broken (missing the spray arm) and does not function properly - still waiting on a response to this repair request. To make matters worse, during a very cold ”arctic blast”, despite multiple emails from the office telling residents to prepare, a pipe burst in one of the maintenance spaces, flooding our garage and damaging our boxes of still-unpacked household goods. We had previously notified the office that the door to this area was broken and would not stay closed. No one addressed it, obviously leading to the pipe explosion, fire alarms going off at 2am multiple nights in a row, and a non-functioning fire suppression system. We still have not received any communication as to whether this is functioning or not. Just cannot wait to be out of this lease. For $3000+ a month, I foolishly expected a better living situation. Renters beware."
"Our two-year residence here was largely enjoyable, with my main concern being the rent pricing, though it seems high rents are commonplace nowadays. The apartment boasted ample brightness and space, thanks to numerous windows. While the appliances were good, the dated washer/dryer combo posed functionality issues. The neighborhood was quiet, although disturbances did occur. Having a garage eased parking worries, yet the overall parking situation and overflowing trash area are notable drawbacks. The pool area, despite its appeal, faced frequent issues due to irresponsible residents. Most issues here are due to residents not following the rules put forth by the complex. While contacting management by phone proved challenging, their responsiveness to emails was always in a timely fashion. In summary, it's a great place if it fits within your budget."
"My husband and I have lived here since July and we absolutely love it. The neighborhood is truly a gem - great neighbors, plenty of places to walk, nearby open space, fun restaurants. The Bell Bradburn amenities are also great. The gym is well maintained and the clubhouse space is really nice. My townhome is very quiet and well laid out, and I genuinely like my neighbors. It truly feels like a home and not just a temporary rental. Renesha in the office is fantastic and she sets the tone for great management. Any time we have had a maintenance request, she takes care of it promptly and always follows up. She and all of the maintenance folks are incredibly friendly and professional. Definitely consider Bell Bradburn for your new home!"
"Lived in a one bedroom apartment for two years, paying $1700 a month. Upon move in, there were long hairs everywhere, in the fridge, in the kitchen drawers, and in my closet. The blinds were smoke stained and dusty. The washer didn't have hot water connected. The A/C didn't work it only blew hot air (and I moved in JULY! IT WAS TERRIBLE!) Then a few months later a water emergency occurred two units above the apartment I reside in. Although I was warned, I came home to an apartment full of strangers, two large industrial fans, an extremely loud industrial de-humidifier, large water damage stains on the ceiling, various water collection buckets and my dog cowering scared in my bedroom. My front room furniture was covered in tarps, the pillow and edge of my couch visibly wet underneath. That Friday evening, I noticed in the bedroom (...as there was nowhere else in the apartment to be without the noise and draft of the constantly loud blowing equipment) that the carpet and furniture were both damp. Immediately I called it in to the emergency maintenance line and he came by to assess the situation. Yet another fan was added to the bedroom... leaving me with nowhere to peacefully sleep or live for an entire weekend. The following Monday, half of the electricity went out. My refrigerator, bathroom, and bedroom had no lights or power for two days. Thankfully, maintenance staff came by to plug my fridge into a working outlet, long extension cord and all. The only problem here is that I was literally stepping over an extension cord in the middle of my kitchen for at least a week. The dog waste stations often overflowed, there was dog waste everywhere. My A/C and heater never worked right each season change. The bathroom was constructed of cheap materials. Living on the street level was extremely noisy, neighbors constantly idling their cars outside my bed room window. Upon move-out I was never sent a final bill and they immediately sent my account to collections with no attempt to contact me, even though I had paid on time for the last two years. Save yourself and pass on Bradburn, the neighbor hood is cute but NOT WORTH IT."
"We moved to Bell Bradburn in May of this year. We are pleased with our unit. The neighborhood is quiet but the neighbors are friendly. Renesha, the leasing agent did a wonderful job helping us initiate our lease from the west coast. In August or September the maintenance team was placed under new leadership. One can clearly observe the value of strategic leadership. The grounds are improved, new appliances are being delivered on a regular basis and you can see the team buzzing from place to place to address problems. So, while the older reviews were accurate at that time, they are no longer relevant. Bell Bradburn is a good choice."
