"I move in April 2nd. For those looking this place doesn't have all the extra fees that other places have. I paid a holding deposit. 2 application fees. Come move in I just owe an additional deposit of half month's rent and the prorated rent. No admin fees. Processing fees nothing like that. So that's help. I'll update when I move."

"I initially liked this place because I wanted a house with a yard and a garage. The thought was very appealing to me. And I also liked that there was no administration fee or hoa fee. And as well, the deposit fee is not the same as the rent, it's a little cheaper. The house itself was mediocre, old 80's cabinets and the hardwood flooring was warped. An I was willing to accept that, but Heather in the office was very rude and is a liar. She was in-considerate and not friendly at all. and I was also willing to accept that and let it go or forget about it, but when she calls me the following day, and at the end of the day at that. Just before they close to inform me that someone else already got that unit. Which doesn't make any sense because when you put your application fee in, that house comes off the market or off the website. The house was available when I applied, so how did someone else get it before me. An that's after I paid for three application fee's which is also annoying. 63 dollars gone. unacceptable and ridiculous. goodbye Heather, I hope you change your attitude with other new tenants. If I had met you before, I saw the unit I probably wouldn't have applied, so thanks for that. Trinity was kind and patient"

"ParkM has been great on the condo side! Russ and his team have been wonderful! I have been especially pleased with the trash service. This is a dumping zone for area people and the team takes care of what has been dumped first thing in the morning. Thank you for all you!"

"I Miss Alyssa Allen she was a genuinely nice person and did her job really well. She was available, accountable, honest and respectful. Then ever since she left these people became super shady. Especially the leasing manager Jennifer. She’s very rude and will not help you with anything. I’ll never do business with them again. Also the phone to directly get ahold of the office isn’t even in service! You can’t get in contact with anyone unless you make an appointment. What a waste. Don’t live here they’ll do you dirty and joke you around until they got you spinning in unnecessary circles. Mind you I’ve been living here for 1 yr and a half and they have helped with nada. They’ll make you sign a lease which states if anyone leaves that’s breaching contract then when you tell them about it they say it’s not breaching “their contract” they have loopholes to con you! So yeah don’t waste your time or money, not worth the hassle. And guys if you’re thinking “these are just a couple bad reviews I’m sure this apartment is fine”. We are warning you! They will charge you and not give you what you pay for. The interior is nice and spacious but promise you it is not worth it."

"I have lived in this community 14 years and I've never seen a group of people treated worse than the residents of this community mission rock seems to think that it owns every including the community, and they can just order people to do things that they want one time they gave us 1 day notice to enter. Our homes to test for cancer, causing radar radon in the houses in the gave us 1 day notice that they were coming. The this happens all the time. They will nickel and dimel and raise your rent and increase your lease. Every chance they get. I was there for 14 years as to go to a month to monthly. And they told me no. I couldn't do it. These are the worst human being of. Amaz, please take my advice run run fast. These people will hurt you."
