Kelly and Jennifer are always warm and welcoming, and willing to help, too. Honestly, they are the best leasing staff I've had at an apartment in years."

The apartment complex is full of roaches, covered up black mold, water damaged cover up! Charge you for what ever they feel like and never fix or repair anything!"

"Signed lease Feburary of 2022, didn’t even finish up my lease . my house got infested with roaches to where it became unlivable they tried to throw blame on us but yet used my apartment as the display/live tour for people looking to lease ? Reported them to the State and health department they decided to terminate my lease instead of coming to solve the issues ! do not reccomend at all ! not worth the price for so called “remodeled” unit . management doesnt even know what is going on . This place needs to get shut down !"

But after the last 30 days I see this management company will do great thibgs for its people Starting with they are installing new metal doors to the laundry room to keep unwanted people out. Any time I have been to the office they are very attentive. Unlike past company they're employees were rude and these people these people are genuinely helpful."
