"For some reason, this place popped into my head this morning so I had to google it to see if it was still around. I live there in the early two thousands and absolutely loved it. I had a one bedroom than a two bedroom very roomy. At the time it was perfect for me. I had just gotten a divorce. I had a dog and a parrot. I live there for several years. I'm very happy. To see that you are still there, and it somewhat looks the same that makes me happy. Thank you"

"Becarefull if you move there!!! Make sure somone is home if maintence comes into your home they're thieves, Managment is worthless them ladies are worthless lazy ( no I wasn't evictited i expired my lease) Security I wonder if there is any people that are no residents park overnight so what good is a permit? Our car was broken into 3 times and management did nothing! The walls are paper thin, and hot water for shower I hope you like cold showers I would not recemend this place your better off at the Y.M C.A"

"I just signed my 3rd lease and am happy to do so! I moved in just after they began renovating the units, so as tenants move out they have updated the apartment before being rented back out. This was an awesome surprise to walk in to compared to what we had seen in photos when signing the lease from Texas. New everything when we moved in, super clean and lots of space! Every time we have needed anything the maintenance team is on it, and so is the office. They are always helpful. They also do a great job at keeping the apartments running and the grounds clean. Not to mention I love how close we are to a lot of amenities like the trails and 7/11. Its a quiet area just at the front of a chill neighborhood. Still easy enough to get to the mountains or city from here. Having a communal washer and dryer may not be for everyone but I enjoy it, not much to manage around. I also rent a storage unit onsite that is a live saver when you need more storage. Thanks for being one of the more enjoyable apartments I have lived in."

"I have lived at Creekside at Amherst for a year now and am thrilled to be here! The location can't be beat - there is a bike path right out of the complex and a lovely park across the street. I'm car-free and there are several bus stops nearby. I really lucked out and got a 3rd floor apartment overlooking the beautiful creek with a view of the mountains. The buildings are clean and the maintenance guys are very quick to clear the sidewalks after a snow. Everyone is very friendly here, and you could not ask for better management staff. Tambra and Trisha will happily assist you with anything you need - really top notch folks. The maintenance crew is likewise friendly and accommodating, and they have even helped me get my bike up and down the stairs a few times. I didn't ask them, they just came over to help. It's clear how much the staff cares about the residents and the property. The apartments are large - my 1 bedroom is 660 sq feet. On the only occasion I've needed maintenance (for something that was extremely minor) they were there very quickly. If there's anything wrong in the building, like the day they had to replace a water heater/boiler, they are great at communicating the issue and get it taken care of right away. The price is reasonable for the area, and it's a very quiet and safe place as well. I feel fortunate to call this my home."
