"Since moving into this complex I've treated very welcoming. I had a family lost in December on Christmas eve when my passed away. I paid for all my mom's arrangements in NY. I came back and it was a struggle but Norma was so helpful and patient with me with this process and she called me personally that everything was taken care by assistance. Ana the property manager was also very helpful to give enough time. These ladies are incredible and again thank you so much love this very much."

"New management company Greystar is terrible. They adding new fees that are not mentioned in the lease. Latest their threatening - residents have to move dirty, smelly, trash containers to the apartment. If you have a pet or just love cleanliness and don’t want to bring dirty can that was touched by squirrels and who knows what to your house you will be fined. They are using small loopholes in the lease to cover up all fees they are adding without actually having a documented proof of the fee. I’m counting days till the end of my lease. I knew that Greystar will be a huge disappointment , because I saw their reviews and many open claims agains them on bbb. I actually loved living here under the previous management, they were hardworking and always there for the residents. They cared for the community and were fighting with real issues like dog poops and holes in the roads. DO NOT RENT HERE Contacted Federal Trade Commission Consumer Protection agency about the extra fines issue and they stated that company can not add it if it was not stated in the lease with the exact fee amount and details of violation. I am ready to open claim against them with FTC if needed . This company is nightmare MOVE OUT UPDATE: I had schedule move out inspection with them three times and no one showed up. Now I know why. I knew there will be an issue as they will try to add as many fees as possible, but I could not reschedule for the fourth time. Especially since there was no guarantee someone will actually come . Six months later I see a collection on my credit report. Please see pictures of how I left the appartment. They never returner my 400 dollars deposit and tried to get 800 dollars from me according to collectors. I never received invoice or mail about collection until I saw it on my score. Also they broke Colorado law that clearly states that “landlord cannot charge you for normal cleaning if the apartment or house is left in as good or better condition than first occupied” . Worst company I ever had to deal with . And honestly I’d rather pay 400 dollars to lawyer then them. STAY AWAY!!! Will try to take them to the small claims court and definetly will report this place to FTC . If you are in a similar situaion please do the same. Maybe with enough reports Federal Trade Comission will start investigation"
