"I’ve waited a month to properly absorb living here and how things are handled. For the last six years I’ve been in different countries for work, always moving and if you’ve worked internationally, you know very well that you lose the sense of home. For the first time in a long time, I feel home. The entire front staff has been wonderful from my tour with Mary, from handling the old tenants mail with Emily, as well as communicating updates with Bailey the Assistant Manager. The entire team is kickass. Garry and Joseph on the maintenance team have taken care of all of my immediate needs in terms of things needing to be fixed. Their communication is direct and timely which is all you can ever ask for. I moved into a specific unit to look out to the golf course, however it is a bit of an older building. The windows are something I’ve mentioned to the property as a window specialist, there’s huge gaps between the sash and frame of the windows and signs of decay and rot in the walls surrounding the windows. It’s s very obvious the people that worked on these windows, do not know windows. The sashes were replaced at one time but they don’t fit the frame, hence why there’s massive amounts of air infiltration coming through those gaps that aren’t supposed to be there, and fluctuating temperatures within the walls in a small vicinity. This has been witnessed and agreed upon by a collective 40 years of window experienced specialists. Obviously window replacements are a huge project, so I told them and what they decide to do is up to them. As tenants we don’t own this property and that means we also don’t make large decisions in terms of what needs to be replaced. No sense in getting upset about something we as tenants can’t control. I’m very thankful for IMT dealing with my extremely direct and particular personality. I’m not easy to deal with and I recognize that, however I am so thankful to be here. I would 10/10 recommend living here."

"Just moved in, Emily, Bailey, Mary and autumn, in the office were super kind. Made everything clear and was super patient with us. The process was as smooth as butter. No hidden fees, no delays, always got back to us with both emails and phone calls. Apon request we even got to move in sooner which was super nice. I'm so excited to grow my little family here. The best part? The prices are super reasonable with what you get in each apartment. Absolutely the best in the market."

"My girlfriend posted a bad review and said watch they won't renew our lease. Guess what they aren't. Waited until after 530pm to post a note on my door. Instead of knocking and handing it to me. Been here since 2019. I knew this was gonna happen. Just because I challenged them and questioned their policies. Oh well guess we will be homeless now. They don't care. I pay my rent. Just challenged some policies cuz we kept getting mixed information."

"I work for HDSupply and we supply products to help keep the apartments running. I am not always welcomed on properties just because the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager get inundated constantly with people trying to sell them something. Both Garry and Stephanie are very welcoming to me and have always stopped what they are doing to hear what I have to say. I really appreciate that they take the time out of their busy day to talk to me. To me it shows that they respect what I have to say and it make me feel good when I stop by this property. I just want to say "Thank you Both". I only get around to them about one a month but it is one of my favorite properties to visit."

"First, the positive. The office staff is very nice, responsive, and easy to talk with and the location is great. Unfortunately, that is the end of my positive. I've had multiple problems since renting including having to switch apartments at the last minute, multiple maintenance issues, the windows are terrible/drafty leading to high heating bills, and rodents in the apartment (and I'm in a second floor unit). I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere."
