"So far this seems like a great place to live with great amenities. Megan was very helpful with the whole leasing process and answered all of our questions. It is an extremely power friendly complex with pretty of the month contests and dog treats in the lobby. The only issue so far is other tenants not picking up after their pets but that's not the management teams fault. Other than that the units are clean, modern and it's relatively quiet. The maintenance staff is also very fast to respond to any issues."

We moved in site unseen from across the country and the team was kind enough to send actual videos and photos of our unit. "The whole building is beautiful, kept in amazing condition and very clean. The staff from the office (especially Samantha!) to the grounds crew are great at their jobs and are friendly and helpful. My husband and I loved living here and the only reason we left was because he got a job out of state. If we ever move back to the area we will be looking at Covell again!"
