"Do not rent here!!! My bf lives here and I have witnessed so many issues with this property and management I had to review them. First the lady at the front office I believe her name is Janiya (AA secretary ) has been nothing but rude to my bf he’s not an english speaker so he never complains! She has made him leave her office five minutes before the office opens because it wasn't 9 Am yet, he tried to go pay his rent and had a question because they change their method of payment and system almost every 6 months, He pays his rent on time every month ( I’ve witnessed it) yet he gets a letter every month saying he’s late cause their system sucks, they don’t give out receipts, She’s so contemptuous it’s sickening. The parking situation is terrible he has to pay extra for both of his car passes when your supposed to get one for free, no guest parking anywhere, his work van has been stolen twice, they have changed the locks to his apartment with out notice and when he went to the office to see what was going on she told him she didn’t know where the key was to come back later. It’s unbelievable! This people take advantage of people they willingly rent to, knowing they wont complain because of their legal status, shame on them! Update: I’d like to know what’s not accurate? All this things have happened."

"The leasing consultant for Sofi Belmar (Janiya) is beyond terrific! She goes above and beyond. She makes you feel good about the whole experience of touring and the apartments. Which you can tell she takes pride in. You could be having a terrible day and as soon as you walk through the doors and you are greeted with that warm smile and professionalism and it will make your day 1,000 times ! "Our leasing agent Janiya was super kind and was willing to help us every step of the way to getting our apt! I haven't had time to write a review even tho I've been living here a while. However, I can safely say the experience with management and the maintenance crew has been awesome! Management does a wonderful job making sure im happy living here and keeping me up to date on everything. Maintenance is always on top of keeping the apartments running and looking like new!
