Best Western Denver Southwest

"This is a hotel with very good service. Very comfortable stay. 24-hour WiFi made my life and work feel very easy. The Asian guy at the front desk, Kai, was very welcoming and offered to help us as we had a lot of luggage. After we purchased bowls of cup noodles, he offered to heat them with boiling water and forks. I don't believe the negative reviews on him at all. I had some communication with him. Although he has an Asian accent, he is a very sincere and enthusiastic person. I saw many times that he was very busy, helping guests check-in, and actively solving problems to make the guests satisfied. We would love to go back to stay there!!"

"My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel, and we enjoyed it. Sadly, the people that were next door to us had woken us up twice during our first night here. The following day I asked a front desk worker if I was allowed to know if the people next to us were still there because of the situation. He told me that the people next door had checked out, and said that he won’t book anyone next to us for the night because of the inconvenience, and even offered my boyfriend and I free sodas. I thought that this was really sweet, and they didn’t have to do that, especially because it wasn’t their fault that other people were obnoxiously loud. I feel that this hotel cares about their guests. :) The free breakfast was nice, and the room was very clean. Thanks for letting us stay here!"

"Love the Paleo Joe's dinosaur theme! And that they are dog-friendly! Rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. Firm mattresses and small refrigerator. Free WiFi, breakfast and parking. Lots of hot sauce options with breakfast. Hot food is not self-service, but cold food is."

"Great pool and hot tub and excellent service. The room was small, dirty, particularly the carpeting, the bathrooms were old and well used (but clean), the TV was old and small and had lines going through it. Breakfast was awesome and the maintenance guy was wonderful!"

"Very quiet and cute place. The dinosaur theme definitely makes it worth staying once, and I read they even have a small class to teach about dinosaurs (or something). Complimentary breakfast is good and has enough options to satisfy most people (assuming you're not picky!). They also have an outdoor pool, but we visited during a winterstorm so not quite the best time for us to try. Rooms were super clean, and we actually liked that housekeeping didn't come by often. Only thing keeping me from giving the rooms a five stars is the bathroom wasn't working correctly, but we attributed that to the winter storm. Additionally, the location isn't too bad either as you're in walking distance of a few local places and a Red Robin. Overall, I'd stay here again if I had the chance!"
